I was walking past on my way to the mall's sporting goods store to look for yet another pair of name brand walking shoes for my daily 2.5 - 5 mile walks around my neighborhood, and WOW am I glad I stopped in! These people genuinely care about your needs, take the time to measure your feet, discuss your experiences and wants/needs/desires, and offer professional service + suggestions to make your shopping experience unlike anything you could ever dream of from the usual department store/sporting goods store shoe shopping frustrations! Absolutely THRILLED with my Brooks Glycerin walking shoes, Aetrex custom orthotics, and most of all with my 45 minutes of dedicated customer service with Kent, who has been in the business for 40 YEARS! I will be back and telling EVERYONE about this footwear CATHEDRAL! Superior customer service and selection experience from start to finish! Thank you Kent!”

“01/18/24- I went in to shop around and use my Anniversary coupon. I was greeted by Kuentin while I was looking at shoes. I asked about the NB 550 sneakers that were on sale. Kuentin didn't take long to find them. The sale was over so he made other recommendations.I was looking at socks when Draiden offered to help. When I went to pay Draiden was at the register.I'm a senior and struggle with Apps, but Draiden was easy going and did not let that bother him. Draiden went out of his way to help me use my coupon.I hope both Kuentin and Draiden are recognized for their great customer service. Both young men made it easy to shop.
