Go in to buy a drink and I paid for it went outside opened it and it was flat.. went inside told cashier and he would not exchange for a new one. so I will never be going back

This gas station is usually nice and great but this guy thinks he can scam me and my dad, like who does he think he is. I didn’t ask his name but he was in there tonight (Monday 730pm) he should get fired, they fired a good man but they won’t fire this guy. I was about ready to throw hands.

This place changed my life, because now I know to NEVER EVER get soda from a gas station, restaurant, or even the bottle ever again! Because how incompetent do these overpaid clerks have to be to put regular soda into the diet pump?

I would be giving the store a zero star rating if I could. I walked in there today to get gas and was not offered to put in my rewards. So at this point I ask if I can put my rewards in and they cancel the transaction and put in a new one so that I can put my rewards in. So then I go outside to pump my gas and start pumping and realize that my rewards is not there that I’m not getting my change off of my gas per gallon. So then I go inside and talk to the people at the desk which are not wearing name tags or anything so I don’t know what their names are. I then continue to explain that my rewards are not there and the guy behind the counter continues to tell me that his door is open so my rewards did go in so one of the guys follow me out and see that it’s charging me the regular rate and have me come back inside. At this point I’m still explaining to the other guy behind the counter that it’s not working and that I’ve use these rewards for years and normally I get $.05 cents-$.10 off each gallon and he continues behind the counter arguing with me saying that it’s only $.05-$.10 off per purchase for gas and smiling at me in a cocky way. Like he was being a know it all and I had no clue what I was talking about. Then I ask for the number to get ahold of someone to get this situation fixed. They then proceeded to tell me to step up to the side because they have other customers so I did so and waited about five minutes for them to give me the number and then I left the store.
