“I must say and admit, that I was a little apprehensive when I learned that Cube Smart was assuming ownership however, I have been pleasantly surprised. I have three different units and the new Manager at the 2200 Elmwood location, Joyce has been phenomenal. She helped me track down a invoice I needed and an insurance issue. She responded to all of my questions thoroughly and promptly I have several Hundred of Thousands of dollars of items stored among my three units and I am would not have it stored anywhere but at Cube Smart. Joyce you are fantastic to work with.....”

“I was late on my rent and paid it within a few days, with everything being electronic you would think it wouldn't take 24 hrs for the app to be able to let me in the gate and provide me with the code. The door was locked no one around, I called and luckily in a few minutes someone emerged and helped me but I thought I was screwed til the next day. Other than that and forcing you to carry renters insurance it's not a bad place as on now.”

“The management team at this storage facility is great! We were moving in this week and the manger helped us a lot. Our pallet jack was broken at the begining of the unload, which will makes things much more harder. The manager stopped by and immediately borrowed one from one of the tenant there. He also manually changed the program (I think) for one of the automatic door, so it keep open for us for that entire morning. This makes the move in much easier.About the facility: It is clean, well maintained. The doors are code gated so it is SECURE. There is LIGHT available for the inner unit so it is not dark (As far as I know, not all storage unit has this feature). They do have many different sizes available from 100SF to above 1000SF.Overall: I highly recomment this facility if the location is good for you.”

“It was a true pleasure to work with this company. They had the task of moving our office of 14 people to another office, which was not easy. We had several cubical desks, large tables, chairs, and several other office items. We also had the requirement that they were not to get close to the walls of the new office space we were moving to and they did just that. They were extremely careful. Also, because the new office space was smaller than the other, they had to store several items on a floor below. They dealt with many changes and were quick to transition and never got frustrated, which was incredibly professional of them. There were 5 men who helped us and they were all equally funny, understanding, and overall a pleasure to work with. I truly recommend using this company to help you move.”

“i wish i got her name that processed my exit. she was super courteous and allowed me to vacate the same week of my anniversary as ive been having issues with my hand/wrist due to an injury so i couldnt move sooner. she was super sweet and walked me through everything so i wouldnt be charged for then following month. when i need another unit, i will deffinitely keep them in mind.oh yea, then property is always clean and well-cared for. i really love the fact that i dont have to code-out to leave. saves a lotta wet car-insides in inclimate weather, lol!!!”

“Super friendly, well maintained and easy to work with. Pricing was great when comparing across town. Outdoor parking spaces and indoor with really convenient hours. Front gate easily accessible with code and felt safe leaving our belongings at this location. Will definitely refer as I have used other locations in town.They require you to purchase a master lock from them for units at only $20 in case of any issues they can help you to access your goods or if you forget one, like I did... So super helpful and accommodating in case of an issue.”

“Great experience from start to finish! Ismael and Hanna are who helped me but I did meet the other guys there as well and everyone was nice! I was referred to this location by a few fb friends and my aunt who say they come here all the time. The customer service was outstanding and great communication. My rental van looked brand new it was so clean plus had a back up camera and drove great. I made sure to post pictures for my review! Ismael explained the free 1 month storage offer very well. Hanna was there when I returned the van and I appreciate her offering me a paper receipt at check out before I even had to ask! Me and my family will be a continuous customer to this location as long as the current staff are here! 10/10 for my first experience and hopefully so on. Thank you all again!”
