One employee stuck working alone at the concession stand during lunch. Huge line and wait. Management should be stepping in to support employees until they fix the staffing issue.

Not enough handicap parking Handicapped electric carts never charged never in the entrance. Went in to day two carts charging two handicap people waiting. I would of been the third if I would of waited. Pitiful for us handicapped customers

I went in for a few groceries and OMG, you have to go look at the beautiful women's bathing suits there! They are affordable in all sizes. I had to get two! ?

We bought a rotisserie chicken and when we cut into it, it was bright pink and released a gross odor. I can’t even explain how this has affected my already poor relationship with chicken!

Love Sam’s club wish they had healthier & clean ingredients options. Sad to see they got rid of seeded grapes, so many options in grapes but they are all seedless would love to see at least a small corner of seeds grapes like there was last year !! Over all great please !

Visited Sam’s for groceries and stopped at the café for a pretzel. With easily 30 people in line the employees could care less about moving with speed or efficiency. Then to be interrupted while ordering, being told “that’ll be a minute.” Yes. I can clearly see that! So pissed at the horrible customer service, I’m considering canceling my membership.

I normally really love Sam's but I ordered a cake at the beginning of the week to be done at 4:30 on Friday and I went in and the lady told me that it was never made. I was like well. I was supposed to be done today so I don't understand how it's not done today and she's like well. Apparently this has been happening a lot just like I'm not a cake maker. I normally do other things so she's like. I can't tell you anything in all the cake ladies have left and I'm like well. I'm not coming back tomorrow when I need the cake today so I'm really annoyed. Still love grocery shopping there but I guess I'm never getting cakes there ever again.
