Just had our new vehicle to Ziebart and was very pleased with Leslie Robbins. She went into a lot of detail as to how things worked and what was going to be done. Then when I picked up the car, she went through the warranty paperwork so that I would be aware of what I'd need to do in the future. She is a fantastic representative for Ziebart!!

Safelite is impossible to speak to on the phone. Once I actually got through by chatting in and getting another number, I was sent the same basic estimate absent any details.I need a detailed estimate to submit a claim for repair as a business damaged my vehicle. Since Safelite can't be bothered to write up any sort of actual estimate, I'll be finding another shop.

Timothy replaced my windshield, and a couple of days later, I noticed a very small surface chip. Believing it was a defect in manufacturing of the glass that was exposed by cold weather and hot defrost, I called for warranty. The day I was scheduled, it was raining, so the shop initially canceled my appointment. I then received a text from Justin that the manager wanted him to come and evaluate the warranty claim. He arrived and told me the chip was covered by warranty and proceeded with rescheduling the repair. On the second visit, timothy returned and told me the same "my manager wants me to evaluate", however, this time, timothy came to a different conclusion. The manager, Bill, refused to honor the claims of his original technician, claiming he couldn't properly evaluate due to the rain. (Why send a tech in the rain if it is difficult to evaluate. I was happy to reschedule). Bill also told me any chip is due to impact and would not be covered by warranty, however he originally knew their was a chip as I have a text message from Justin stating "my boss wants me to come look at it to see the chip". Again, why bother to send someone in the rain not trained to this basic rule.Beware, if you have any issues with your service, I believe this manager will do whatever is necessary to avoid doing any repair work under warranty.

Great experience! I was 20 minutes late to my appointment & they still replaced my windshield that cracked all the way across during our holiday trip home! Vinnie & everyone else were very helpful, professional, and quick service!

Absolutely blown away by the customer service rep on the phone. She was incredibly kind and helpful, it really made me feel less upset about having to get my window replaced.The staff on-site were great as well. Quick and well communicated service. Would highly recommend if you're needing your car window(s) replaced.

Mr. Snyder and his team went way above and beyond to fix my truck. I was traveling out of state and worried about my upcoming ~20 hour trip back with my driver's side window constantly falling down. They showed me what the issue was and explained what needed to be fixed. Mr. Snyder personally went the extra mile to get the part needed. I'd definitely recommend him and his team!

I made an appointment to replace my windshield online. When I arrived at the appointed time, the man at the desk rudely stated that I would need to reschedule because they didn’t have that glass in stock. I won’t be back.

Although they did a great job with the installation, they were slow to get to me. I had to wait over a week because they ordered the wrong windshield. The manager was extremely rude to me about it on the phone. I would recommend them for quality of work they do.

Timothy came on Veterans Day, didn't have the tools he needed so used some of ours. He clearly did not know how to put in the side window, so it would not roll up. He forced the window up, charged me without my approval, and left us with a non-functioning window. When I call for the warranty, I got Timothy's boss and he would not even let me speak. He just told me the motor that controls the window did not work. I took the vehicle with window to our local Anderson Glass. He had to remove the window and properly install it so it would roll up and down. It worked fine after the window was properly installed by Anderson Glass.

I see commercials all the time where they come to your home to fix a crack in your windshield. Looks pretty simple, right? Nope. Went through the whole process of giving all my information, ins info and everything and then was told they do not come to my area. 25 miles away. Will not come to fix a crack. So basically commercials are lies. Maybe they do a good job if you drive there, but they would not come here.

Had a rock hit my windshield on Friday. Car at Safelite on Monday morning. Showed up early for appointment and was in and out in no time. Cannot hardly see where it hit! Thank you for the fast kind service!!

We had an appointment for work to be done on a Saturday, only to show up and they are closed. No phone call, no text, 45 minute drive wasted!! We had to reschedule for TWO weeks later, if it wasn’t already paid for and on a payment plan I would find somewhere else to go. Very unprofessional.
