I was a regular at this location before oil changers purchased them. The last 3 visits since have shown me they are a chain now. The price has gone up, the last visit on August 6th, 2024 I went in for an oil change. My wiper fluid was low as the low alarm kept showing upon starting and my tire pressure in back passenger was low. At the end they gave me my itemized receipt stating my wiper fluid was filled and pressure was checked stating front and back was at 35. Come to find out when pulling away I stopped at Family express gas station up the road and Mt pressure was at 22 in back right tire and my wiper fluid was still empty after they said on receipt it was filled. So they lied about both all while raising their prices. I even gave a $5 tip. Never going back for sure! A business can be sued for lying on paperwork like that!

I'm out of town, on my last night here, and on my way to the gas station, my vehicle went into limp mode. I pulled in, and the gentleman got me right in, fixed up, gave me a coupon to save me a little money, and got me back on the road very quickly. very professional, very friendly.
Normally, when I go to a shop, I'm treated like I know nothing bc I'm a woman. Not this time, I felt respected and heard. Thank you, sir, I appreciate your help and will be sure to send some business your way. ?

I’ve been coming here for years and always have consistently good, honest work done by the gentlemen who work here. I never go anywhere else for an oil change, and am always happy with the extra services they provide to keep my car running smoothly.

Paid for oil change on 07/20/2024. Then on 07/21/2024 was charged for another oil change plus the tip from the day before. Been over a week now and still haven’t been refunded. Everyone I talk to acts like this is just a normal process. Won’t be going back
