Wonderful experience. They took the time to make sure everything was right and did a wonderful job. I hit a deer and they made my card look new again. I was shocked when I got in it to take it home. They took the time to detail the interior. Wonderful communication from Casey, Jason, Arturo, Pat Bayley and Allison Holmes. I hope I never have to go back but I know that if I do , I am guaranteed great service and will be satisfied with their work. THANK YOU!!!!

Would it surprise you that a simple door replacement would entail the removal of the dashboard and headliner of a vehicle? We'll be not surprised. Here's a synopsis for you: It took over a month to get the car back. Upon return (1st issue): rear dome light wouldn't work. I had to drive an hour back to the shop for repair. 2nd issue: phantom rattling and squeaking started to be heard in the dash, headliner, dome lights etc. This is when I found out they REMOVED the headliner to paint a DOOR. The manager was crass and gaslit every concern I had. All in all the Nonexistent communication and excessive work prompted this review. Emphasis on LABOR that WAS NOT needed. Now I have damaged parts in a brand new vehicle. Scuffs, tears, annoying broken parts that rattle. Thank you PBP for a terrible experience in and out of the shop. Stay away from this joke of a body shop.

Prime Body and Paint took care of my car repair and I was very impressed with the quality of care I received. It so happened that my repair was scheduled at the same time that I will be out of town for vacation and I was told, “just enjoy your vacation, will take care of everything.” And true to their word, they took care of everything. They just contacted me when my car is ready to pick up. Luke is Awesome, he is true to his words and promise. I am so grateful and thankful. My car looks great inside and out. Thank you so much. Great work Luke! Thank you Luke and thank you Prime Body and Paint!!!????????????

I hit a deer a while back. Prime did a great job fixing the damage they did a great job. They also went out of the way and cleaned and vacuumed the inside of my car. Outstanding customer service extremely friendly. I would definitely recommend them. Thankyou Prime body and paint

Wish I could give zero stars for customer service. Guy working the front didn’t know what he was doing and had to call someone. The person he called was rude and I don’t think she knew she was on speaker phone because she was downgrading the transporter company. I only went here because insurance suggested it. I just hope their quality of work is better than the front desk people.

Staff is courteous and very knowledgeable. Estimate was spot on as far as all correct parts were included. It was Estimated they would have my vehicle for 5 days, actually my vehicle was ready after 3 days. All went well and repair looks great!

Prime was super nice and easy to work with. When my husband had to get his items out of the trunk which is where the impact was Zack and Dustin was super nice in assisting him get his sound system out. Would highly recommend their service.
