I went to pick my dog up from his grooming last week, and I looked at the crates of dogs. The groomer asked which one was mine, and my response was, "I have no idea". He did not look like any of the dogs there. They had completely ruined him and his look. I was shocked. Needless to say, we will not be taking him back and I hope this can save some other potential customers and poor dogs from the same awful haircuts.First picture is a before. Second is after.

Do not trust this woman with your dogs. She will ignore anything you tell her about their needs. She will keep them locked up for hours in the middle of all the grooming machines and other barking dogs. She is unprofessional and unreliable.When I called to make the appointment, she didn't seem to have a price list. I showed up at my 2pm appointment with my two dogs to be bathed and brushed, not dried. I very specifically requested that she NOT dry one of them and she confirmed multiple times that this dog would not be dried. She said they would be ready around 5 and that she would call me when I could pick them up. I still hadn't heard back at 5:15 so I called.. and she said "oh, they're done. didn't I call you and tell you they were done?"I get there and she starts telling me how well one of my dogs tolerated drying, the one dog I requested she not dry. She said that the bathing and brushing took 1.5 of the 3 hours they were there but that she takes her customers in shifts and does not do drop offs or call to allow people to pick up their dogs in between. She confirmed that she didn't call me, saying that she stepped outside to call me when another customer pulled up and she forgot. I hate to think how long they would have just been sitting there surrounded by other barking dogs and loud machines if I hadn't called her.When I got home, both dogs went straight to the water bowls. I don't know if they were given water the entire time they were there. I went to pet one of my dogs and came away with a handful of fur. I took her outside to brush her. After about 5 minutes, I gathered up the fur that didn't fly away while I was brushing her. I've attached the picture. I'm not sure what brush this groomer uses but it doesn't seem to be very effective. I pay for a groomer primarily because I hate brushing after a bath. Now I'll have to find a new one in the next few days.

Sandy is always helpful. My dogs always look and smell great when I pick them up. Sandy is always accommodating to my busy schedule.

Sandie/Sandy was very nice as was her staff. We have 3 dogs she seen today. She was gentle and caring. She even filed our 11 week old baby girl nails along with clipping them today. She never wants got into the quicks of any of our dogs and one of our three has white nails the other two have the black nails and the two boys we have they're older now and have had their nails trimmed many times with a lot of bad experiences some good though but this was our first time at precious cuts and they had a great experience entire way around all three of them. Your family becomes her family. So your fur babies are her fur babies. And in fact we could for all she knew since she didn't know us could have taken off because we brought two in left one home then came back with the two that were done to pick up the last one and we just paid her all at once when the third one was done but she didn't know for sure we would do that but she took that chance on us and gave us the benefit of the doubt that we would be back to pay and we did. So she is super super sweet. We will come back to see her again. And she is very good on her pricing. I give her five stars today I will give her five stars in the future because I can't give 10 Stars. She get gold stars at that. Sandy we thank you very much and thank you for fitting Us in like you did today especially on a Sunday. You're awesome.

Precious Cuts is a wonderful place to have your dog or cat bathed and groomed. I have been taking my Golden Retrievers there for years. Sandy the owner has always done a beautiful job grooming my Retrievers. When I pick my dog up she is just so happy, smells great her coat just shines. Always very friendly.Dave

I was very satisfied First time there. With my toy poodle. Was cut great smelled wonderful. Wait was little long. But owner was sick. Just have to understand. Things come up. Will definitely be my groomer from now. On. Groomers were fine and polite
