“I switched to Medicap recently and I regret not doing so sooner. Natalie, the owner, is wonderful and so is the rest of her staff. Miranda in particular has gone out of her way to help with the transition. They are the kindest, courteous and truly respectful pharmacy group I’ve ever worked with and I could not recommend them more! I think it’s rare to have an entire pharmacy staff that shows an overall consistency regarding such positive interpersonal interactions with customers and I would say that reflects on how Natalie runs her business. “Easy to get to for the most part. Issues with people parking long term in pharmacy parking spaces though. (2 vehicles but no one waiting in line at pharmacy or in chairs outside of pharmacy area). Offers some basic over the counter products as well at good prices.”

“They have a female working there who talks about smoking a dead babies ashes who was murdered. They decided to talk down on my kids. We seen her at her job yesterday and she kept arguing back with me. Plenty of family and friends have memberships with you guys but no longer will if they are aware of the type of cruel ignorant workers you have working there! If nothing is done about Courtney Jones me and my family and friends will all be reaching out to corporate!!!”

“This pharmacy is amazing. They are fast, friendly, and professional. Stephanie is amazing. She's my favorite at Salem St CVS. She deserves a raise. I have witnessed a couple yell at her and she kept her cool and was so professional. She has always been so help me, looking up information for me, and always has a smile on their face. Anyone reviewing this place negatively has a grievance that is misdirected to CVS where the issue is usually with their provider. Karen has been very dependable and professional. I'm always happy when she helps me. The pharmacist Kristi has always been so quick, despite being very busy with customers. Jenny is awesome, very composed and easy to talk to. Vicki is great as well. She is quick and also friendly. There are other workers there I don't know their names but the whole team is amazing. I'm so grateful for their hard work and smooth, friendly attitudes. People have NO, NO, NO IDEA how hard the ppharmacy staff has to work. I'd encourage everyone to Google how hard pharmacy staff have to work. Its more than just finding pills and putting them in a container. They have a million things they have to do. Thank you Salem St. CVS. Kayla, Skye, and pharmacist Stephanie deserve shout-outs as well. They all three have helped me countless times. You guys are so amazing.
I have to add that Karen is off-the-charts awesome. Every time I go in there she is working her butt off. I wanted to add to this review because she called me back yesterday in like 10 minutes and she has this way about her that is professional but you feel like you're talking to a friend. Well, she is sort of my friend because this is my go-to pharmacy, but you know what I mean. She is a really hard worker and she still can be patient and pleasant and that's not an easySo I had to update the review! They have really been patient with me with some insurance things too so I appreciate that.”

“Let me start by saying the pharmacy service was awesome!I had a horrible time trying to get my perscriptions filled at walmart and eventually had them sent to Walgreens where Lindsey saved the day! walmart sent my perscriptions to two different Walgreens locations and when I talked to Lindsey on the phone she got eveything straightened out. Not only did she fix it so they were all at this location but she filled and had my perscriptions ready for me within 10 minutes. Truly took a weight off my shoulders and I'll only use this pharmacy from now on.”

“Meijer is the cheapest place I could find for my prescriptions. They give me no grief at all. Usually they are pretty fast at getting prescriptions filled. Gets a little bit difficult when it comes to filling a controlled substance but that isn't their fault. That's the state and federal government overstepping. The staff are professional at Meijer pharmacy in Lafayette.”

“Placed a vague order for a Hawaiian themed birthday cake. I asked for white whipped icing, light blue border, Hawaiian flowers, and text. It was BEAUTIFUL! They spent time on making it look absolutely perfect. Couldn't have been more impressed with the cake and decoration. Don't underestimate the bakery department at this Walmart!! Highly recommend! It was only $28 too! The woman I placed the order with was so helpful and the woman I picked it up from was so kind. Lovely experience all around!”

“Went for Covid boosters. Confusion over online sign up which was annoying. We signed up for round 3 booster shot and when we arrived they had us in their system wanting round 1 vaccine. Took about 5-10 min to straighten it out so that we could proceed. Once that got cleared up it was a 5 min wait for the booster vaccine. That part went perfectly. So, a little hiccup at the beginning but overall good visit.”

“We recently transferred pharmacy we live in Crawfordsville and we moved out here. I can stay without a doubt the staff year at this pharmacy is so friendly and so kind even the pharmacist is always very attentive. I know the pharmacy workers are pretty ran down right now and that was a big reason we were so overwhelmed with anxiety. Thank you From Crawfordsville CVS. They were so bitter all the time but the pharmacy staff here at S. 18th St. they are all wonderful and I’m sure they are overworked too, but they never let it breakdown their spirit toward the patient for client.”
“I was travelling between ohio and Minnesota and needed an emergency dose of a prescription. The pharmacy staff was really helpful and understanding and was able to get my medicine within an hour and even helped my find coupons to lower the cost (since insurance wouldn't cover the extra dose). Their bathrooms were also nice and clean and stocked.”

“Unbeatable prices but I have only one complaint.. Everything is self checkout at the pump. But the pumps are shut down after hours? If there is no need for attendance during hours then how come I can’t just do the same at night? Pay at the pump?”
