Customer service is great. They greet you as you walk in. Any questions they have they answer.

Went in to buy dog food at around 7 pm, and everyone on staff was super helpful, and they actually wanted to help me. I go here all the time, and they often have good deals on all their products. I'd say they may be better than Pet Smart when it comes to deals and rewards.
