Used to go all the time. You can longer use member ID at the pump and have the payment go to your checking account since bought by 7-11. And employees are getting screwed with less pay to do same work. No longer a customer. You don't mess with customers and employees -- Shame!

my Trip today has caused an unsolicited cleaning bill for my car.. i purchased a half gallon of Kroger brand whole milk. made it through checkout and the trip home only to find the lid on my milk was not secure and leaked out in to my car. This has happened on several occasions and is unacceptable to have to clean my car after a trip to the grocery store over a $5 jug of milk. Grocery bills are high enough without not only the added cleaning bill, but also the stress of having to worry about extra gas to bring it back to be replaced and/or accidentally getting sick over consuming product that's not properly sealed. I returned the milk and it was replaced, and the cashier, Paulina stated that customers are frequently having this issue, however customers should not have to worry about this. Not only the cleaning bill, but if the milk wasn't sealed properly, it could it cause it to spoil faster which translates to a shorter shelf life and possibly making someone sick if they're not aware of it right away. I can't submit a review unless I designate a rating and since I can't just NOT pick any stars, I give it a single star

No longer 24 hours, but leaves there store wide open for anyone to come in. Literally wide open for anyone to walk in and out. Multiple customers walked in with me and I was escorted out. Also, why close the pharmacy for lunch? Half of the staff in the pharmacy does NOTHING anyway. Literally stand around making faces at people as the line gets longer and longer. Hate this payless with a fiery passion now!

As gas stations go, it's as good as any. Nothing special but nothing terrible either. I do come here after earning points in the store so it usually saves some cash, which is nice.

On Tuesday Feb 7, 2023, waiting in line at only checkout open (1). Checkout man states computers are down, apparently manager on duty in office talking on phone to get it corrected. But the self scan are open- if computer system down how can self scan registers be open?? I got out of line went to self scan - scanned everything , except fruit because I knew I would need assistance. Turned on attendant light as I look up there is 2 other attendant lights on! The attendant ( who was supposed to be helping self scanners ) was bagging groceries at the end of the one line that was open. I got her attention by yelling ( yeah lady- are you suppose be assisting here) she walks over with a smug smile on her face, smirking- that also did not make me happy!! Pay Less needs to get there act together, no manager on the floor, smart remarks from the employees. What ever happened to the phrase " the customer is always -right?" I've sent an email complaining to Kroger Headquarters ( Pay Less - apparent company) but have yet to receive a response.

My favorite grocery store! Great prices, especially their weekly coupons and markdowns. They beat Aldi's prices on the vast majority of items. Their store brands are awesome. Employees are friendly and helpful, especially the produce department.
