The older lady with the high and tight haircut and accent was putting her hands in everyones carts then when I checked out she said she has to see my receipt and put a sticker on everything that's not in a bag..I had a case of water and 4 water jugs so I asked her what if I dont want a sticker on my water after she touched everyone else's groceries without gloves or sanitizer...I said that's a good way to spread germs...she told me it's no different than grabbing an item off the shelf then proceeded to put a sticker on the caps of all my water jugs...and said it was POLICY....so now there's her germs and the germs of everyone else who she stickered on the caps of all my water jugs...I don't think that's anywhere near the samething as grabbing it off the shelf but let's say it is...even then if a paying customer who already bought the water asks you not to spread everyones germs on your drinking water then why in the world out of all places would you put your filthy hands and infested stickers right on the cap where I'm going to touch it the most!! I feel like she did it out of spite because I didn't agree with her POLICY I'm a paying customer so your theft problem is not justification for putting my health and my childrens health at risk!

Happy to see them expanding their vegetarian food options at this location. We used to always have to go to the WL location to find those. They also just paved their parking lot.

This establishment does not carry tri-tips. It clearly does not carry every household need.

I rarely go to this supermarket. I think they have some discounted items for a good price. The service attitude of the associates is good. Some of their e-coupons are confusing. When I went to their customer service, they helped me solve the problem.

Worst pharmacy in north central Indiana. Their automated attendant is worthless there’s no option to talk to a pharmacist so you must go in to get your medicine filled. If your meds are sent in from a doctor they tell you to come back the next day to get it or they don’t have enough so come back. I have terminal cancer they told my prescribing physician not to give me a certain pain medication. Do yourself a favor, any one of the several pharmacies in the area must be better.

Don't ever ever ever buy the 10 for $10 deals. Come by all that stuff next week and each one will be $89 a piece. Idahoan potatoes 89 cents a piece everyday!. Kroger bread 89 cents a piece every day! Banquet or Marie Callandar meals 89 cents a piece every day! And all the signs say in big letters BUY ONE GET ONE (BOGO) Which is buy one get one free. But if you read the fine print it says BUY ONE GET ONE (half off) (BOGO-ho). Definitely not exactly the same thing

This location is understaffed so badly that I had to wait 4 hours and a half for service. Pay people a living wage and you won't have staffing issues. Places that pay well like Google never have staffing issues. On top of the location being understaffed, I received subpar service. My wife was in a ton of pain due to having her wisdom teeth removed. They told me they needed until the evening to fill the prescription if they could transfer it, so I went home for 3 hours. They then made me wait an hour to serve me then told me to go wait in the seating section then had me wait another half hour to tell me that they couldn't transfer her medicine. I would sue if I had the time and money. Making her wait as long as she did just to deny her care feels like malpractice. I understand why they couldn't transfer the medicine, but there should be no reason it takes a 4 hours and a half to tell me for certain that they couldn't transfer the medicine. It takes 10 min tops. Management should feel ashamed with themselves.

This particular location's pharmacy didn't use to be this bad, but over the past several months it has really gone downhill. I've gotten refills for prescriptions I didn't need yet. I've had to wait literally days sometimes for a routine refill. They put me on an auto-refill so you would think that when I ran out, I'd have a bottle waiting for me, but even with that, no. I ran out 4 days ago and when I go in to get my refill, they inform me that I have to wait yet another day. So, practically a WEEK for a prescription that's on auto-refill. It\s really become in excusably bad service at this location.

Never enough cashier's when checking out. I do not use or like the self checkouts. I usually have a full cart to 2 carts of groceries when I check out. And I am disabled and don't want to stand to check all my groceries out.

The pharmacy sucks. Constantly are making mistakes. They gave me 2 of the same prescription today. When I called they admitted the mistake then wanted me to bring it to them to show they made a mistake. Now that's inconvenient! Thanks Payless pharmacy for making life more difficult!
