I have been with this bank for a couple of years and I suppose since I was constantly pouring my money into the account I was fine. I have recently found myself being charged fees that some have been taken off because of their errors, but not all even though they are still at fault. I have overdraft protection and I have no idea why because it's completely useless! Everyone has been rude and useless at this point. Do not recommend!

At this point I wish I could leave zero stars. I have had my account with Old National for over 6 years and until recently, I never had any problems. Now I have more problems than I can state. 1 including being told they don't know what is going on with any 9f my accounts or how to fix them. Corporate just says they aren't at fault, that I made all the mistakes. Pull the call history, listen to the calls I have made. This ALL falls into a staff member this branch and neither this employee nor anyone else will own up to it. I'm absolutely done with this bank. Please do yourself a favor and bank somewhere else.

Heather Thompson in commercial lending is very attentive and such a valuable asset to the branch and this company. She always has a smile on her face! She handles her accounts with ease and is very responsive.

We worked with Heather on a loan for a commercial building investment and she was so helpful through out the entire process. She is willing to do whatever a client needs to get through the process smoothly.

When I set up my checking account here as a college student, I chose the option that did not allow me to overdraft. Unfortunately Old National failed to tell me that this “no overdraft” option fails with certain cards. I overdrafted multiple times and the bank did not call to notify me until I received a bill for $400 in overdraft fees. When I asked to speak with management, my request was ignored. This was entirely their mistake and they completely failed to own it. Did not realize a business could be so inconsiderate of their clients (let alone lifetime customers like me and my family) and still function.

Nondescript sign across the Wabash many people complain about. Supposedly modeled after a left coast bank that did the same, and received much critical acclaim for brightening up a useless spot of nature with commercialsm. People in the Midwest prefer a plain, muddy river evidently

Setting up on-line access has been painful. As treasurer of a local organization it has taken me numerous visits to a branch and multiple attempts to complete the on-line application. They had initially failed to enter enter my SSN in their system, then entered it incorrectly. Now that has been corrected and I've successfully completed the on-line application - a pop-up tells me I have to wait an undefined period for my application to be reviewed! When I have had to go to their office some of the staff seem put out to have to interact with customers.
