Canceled my policy due to increase. Will not work with me on refunding my money. Loan was paid off but still put bank on check refused to remove the bank. Stacy the rep was Impossibly rude to me and Freedom mortgage representative on conference call. Still Don't have my refund. They want their money now but if they owe you good luck.

Great claims service!! We had roof damage recently on our home and the company sent an adjuster promptly. The claim was settled within a couple days and we received our check for repairs.

I have had a very similar experience as Gary. This company will try to band aid an unrelated part of your house when the whole part of the roof leaking is hail damaged. I had an actively running leak and they still found “no damage” where it was leaking. Either Mike is incompetent at his job or they are purposely doing this. Either way the result is the same and disturbing. I had another adjuster come out and he said it was hail damage. He sent me pictures and a letter. They are trying to discredit him. I have also had two contractors say it’s hail damage. They still are trying to say there was zero hail damage and everyone else is wrong. Maybe just maybe it’s Mike…After a year and a half we have had to replace a collapsed bedroom ceiling twice because of the leak. We fixed the unrelated issues on the original claim as well and they are trying to say we didn’t. In reality, another storm ripped off shingles or they ripped off loose ones because it was exactly where he accessed the roof. Insanity.

Poor quality insurance company. I have hail damage on my roof, all of my gutters, and down spouts.They sent their adjuster Mike out and he tried to say that only the front half my roof was damaged from hail, although my down spouts on the back of the home have visible damage as well.There have been at least 20 other homes in my subdivision that have all had their whole roof replaced. This has been an ongoing issue and now my roof is leaking which has caused damag to my insulation and drywall!I pay my homeowners insurance and would expect to have my damage repaired. I asked for another adjuster to come out and they said they only have the one adjuster. I would not recommend this company to anyone! They do not want to pay for anything when you have a claim!
