I bought a Truck that lasted 6 hours before needing major engine repair. I gave Carlos (the owner) three opportunities to contact me to at least talk to me about the situation. He failed to do so. The engine repair was over $3k and I was without a truck for over three weeks. Very frustrating to hand over $30,000 cash for a truck that DOES NOT RUN!

I just bought a used car from these dishonest individuals. I got a 2014 Jeep Cherokee, just a month ago. As I drove it off the lot engine light came on with error about four wheel drive not working. Next my front windows won’t go up or down, they did fix it for a short time…front windows don’t work again. I had to take it somewhere to be worked on they told me it needs:
Ball joints on the front of vehicle, oil pan is leaking oil and oil needs changed,
It needs brakes, and it needs a cylinder because it chugs. First I took it to Momax car lot asked them to look at it, first they said they didn’t find anything wrong with it, then said they didn’t have time to look at it. I do not recommend buying from these dishonest individuals. Are there no honest car salesman’s in the world?

I want to give a huge shout out to momax auto sales. They were amazing and got me into a car when I really needed it. I went to 3 other places to get a car and had no luck and Jermey said I will get you in a car come with me and sure enough he did just that. I want to thank you for everything you did to help me in my time of need.

Have to say my first buying experience with momax will be my last !!! Didn't even make it 5 miles til check engine light came on then realized the passenger side mirror had been caulked so it would stay in place!!! 2 days after that the abs lights came on!!! Now day 5 the truck is in the shop getting new hub assemblys the check engine light is on due to the catalytic converter is almost clogged up !!! The best was the deal was basically over and before I went to sign they decided then to tell me it had a rebuilt title !!! Against my better judgment I went ahead and signed the papers for the truck !!!tried contacting them multiple times and got nowhere !!! so just
Buy with caution there
