“Ezra Gannon super nice. I had a broken stylus and it was stuck in my phone. He was determined to get it out. My dad needed an upgraded phone. So while mom worked on that I went and got what I needed to fix my phone. It looked hopeless but he said he was determined. After nearly falling asleep at his desk my mom whacked me in the arm and there was the stuck part of my stylus. Thanks Ezra”

“After so many attempts to upgrade in Frankfort and being turned away. I stopped in to this location where i originally got my plan . Zach made it happen with no issues . He showed what good customer service is and upgraded me . He was polite and very responsive to any questions I had. “The young man that waited on us was extremely helpful we were in and out in 20 to 30 minutes. We were happy with his service. We were disappointed that they are limited on helping set up. He said it could takeup to an hour to download off our old to new phones. We wanted to leave our phones finish our running around but we're told because of privacy reasons we couldn't.”

“Update: Manager contacted me and apologized for her lack of communication as to what was going on. I was very impressed with her timely response and resolve to the issue.
Came in for an exchange. Two guys were working with other customers. A lady just walked around and checked people in and never helped anyone. She kept retreating to the back. Very poor customer service.”

“The current staff of the boost store on Main Street Is a hero. My old phone was utterly inoperable. I have the insurance and could of receive a new one Friday. However for a number reason I needed a working phone now. He was able to help me get a new phone and keep me it reasonably price. He really came clutch. If you’re looking for a boost store or looking to switch. I highly recommend going to the Boost store on main st near Walgreens. If you’re looking for quality service that’s has heart in mind and show care for the customer. This is definitely the best one.”
