I can tell you one thing, I've been treated like a rag doll for awhile now and I'm done. The amount of money, resources I've exhausted, endless tears, bs from management, time lost, wages lost etc is unbelievable. I'm glad I have every piece of paper saved for proof & tons friends/family that can speak on my behalf when it comes to their service. PLEASE single mothers, seniors or ppl with disabilities on fixed incomes, big households, students, etc that you need to think twice before dumping any money into Lafayette, IN Ford Lincoln right now. They've got a huge issue with staffing & repairs, that I don't know if it'll ever be resolved. Tread lightly. I hope I get to come back one day & write a better review as I've been a LOYAL customer for way longer than they deserved. Good luck!

I am very disappointed in the current service at Lafayette Lincoln. I have purchased multiple Ford's and Lincoln's. The cars are wonderful. The new management has not displayed any effort to provide quality service. I was sold an extended warranty for my current car that was not from Lincoln and it also does not cover the same items as the Lincoln warranty. I was sold a $500 nitrogen package for my tires. After a year and a half I have nitrogen in only 2 tires. I have asked repeatedly about this and have been told, that it is a scam by the service department and that they don't have a machine to fill the tires with nitrogen. They do have a machine, but even 1 month ago they only put green caps on 2 of my tires. (Green means they are filled with nitrogen). While in Florida this winter the Lincoln dealership that did my service could not honor the nitrogen warranty, claiming only the dealership can service this warranty. I also am waiting over a month for an oil change and recall service to have a loaner car. I paid for a loaner car when I bought this vehicle. In general, this is horrible customer service. You can't blame the pandemic for this.

I'm following up from a previous review, and to be honest if I could have chosen zero stars Lafayette Lincoln would foot the bill. Shady dealings and poor work. I went in to get an oil change and ended up needing front rotors and pads. 5 miles after leaving the quicklane my brakes went out on a busy st road at 3p.m. I nearly got into an accident. I took my vehicle back and I was told it was A COMPLETE COINCIDENCE! I was then informed that I needed almost $800 worth of work to further be performed including a new ABS computer even though I had never had so much as a flash of an alert light previously. My car was then taken overnight to the "main shop" where it was concluded that this was the ONLY thing that could be done and it had to be done at an authorized Lincoln dealership. I took my car to an honest, reputable mechanic who flushed the brake lines properly and it's been fine ever since. Don't get ripped off by the shop fee and ridiculously high labor costs for NOTHING! Go somewhere else. Somewhere with mechanics who know their jobs and actually care about your well-being. I've consulted legal advice.

in December of 202, this dealership was supposed to replace my engine due to a cracked cylinder (a typical problem for the make and model of my car), in stead they opted to do a rebuild. Less than a year and half later my family is stranded in Pennsylvania waiting on another Ford dealership to correct the engine problem created by THIS dealerships patchwork rebuild. My family is stranded for who knows how long without a rental or any type of assistance with the situation created by poor work. I called to ask about warranty paperwork and was informed they switched systems so they couldn't give me a new copy of the paperwork (but seemed to be able to pull up my car's information and when/what all was done to it). Poor customer service, dishonest, and due to a patwork engine rebuild have now stranded a family 10 hours from home for who knows how long.

I can't say enough about the Service department here. We were traveling from out of town with an emergency repair need. Despite being totally booked out for the next few weeks, the team ordered the required part on priority and got our issue fixed the next day and my assumption is it came at the expense of their personal schedules. The guys here just seem like good people who work hard and we're grateful for it. Highly recommend you trust your service to these people. Although their extremely busy keeping up with demand, I'm confident they'll do everything in their power to serve you right. Thanks again.

They seem to not tell people if there is going to be a cost, on diagnostics before they do it, untill after its done, that has been my experience, so I would ask before letting them do anything to your vehicle. \\\"I would have not thought this would be true of this bussines as respectful as I thought they were.

Where do I begin?! Accommodating? 11/10!!! Low pressure environment 10/10!!! They helped me out of my situation in every way possible. Fantastic prices!!! I'm a college student in dental school. I could no longer afford my Range Rover. Daulton and Garon helped get me into a 60K mile Police Interceptor AND they bought my Range Rover while it was still in the shop!! Garon was happy to show me the vehicle and made me feel welcome to check out the vehicle and it's features. Daulton was really down to earth throughout the whole deal. Jacob took time out of his day and helped me drop off a loaner vehicle I had from the shop fore-mentioned down the road. This may seem like a small deed, but for me, it was HUGE. It saved me from having to get an Uber, walking, etc. I have never in my life felt more accommodated. My payments are split in half, and I'm in a reliable Ford vehicle for many years to come. I walked into the dealership on a whim and came out with a deal the next day. After waiting weeks for my Range Rover in the shop, these guys were able to help me out of a nightmare in 48 hours. I can not thank or recommend this Ford dealership enough. I have already recommended and shared my story to all of my friends. Who knows, after graduation It may be time for a new truck!!! Thank You guys A++ -Noah Rood

Ford diesel truck oil change was $246.55 here. We purchased our truck here. Our normal oil change cost is $110-115 for the same thing.

I do NOT recommend this location. We traded in my car and purchased a truck here 2 MONTHS AGO. When we purchased the truck, I asked for paperwork and was told everything I needed was on the flash drive they gave me because they don’t give out physical paper copies anymore. I was also told since I didn’t have my vehicle title on me at the time, that I had 3 days to get it to them. A couples weeks after we purchased the truck, we went to the BMV to register it and we were told they couldn’t accept the flash drive that the lady at this dealership told us to take in. So we went home thinking we just had to print the paperwork off and noticed that there was nothing mentioning a title. When we went back into the BMV we were informed that this dealership STILL HASN’T placed the title in our name. Since we are now past our 60 day mark (from when we purchased the vehicle) to register the vehicle, we have been informed we will have to pay additional registration fees due to being past the 60 days (even though it is out of our control since we have yet to receive the title). After MULTIPLE attempts to get connected with a title clerk, I was finally told that the title is not in our name yet because they DON’T have it yet and she is unsure of exactly how long it will take to get it. After further research and talking with a lawyer, we have realized that a dealership CANNOT sell a vehicle they do NOT currently have the title for during the sale of the vehicle. Therefore, we are in the process of determining our next steps.

I bought my car from Raisor back in 2015 and haven’t had any issues with the sales side- this is all about the service. I had an 8:30 appointment for the Ford Factory Service (about to hit 60,000 miles) which includes basic maintenance, plus some other things I wanted checked out. I showed up about 10 minutes early and got sent over to the quick lube place next door. I walked over to the quick lube building and they said they do not do appointments, and it would be at least 90 minutes to be seen. I walked back over to Raiser’s service, and the employee’s response was “we don’t take appointments for what you wanted”. I explained that I made an appointment for this exact service, and he said “I know, but we don’t do that”. If they don’t do something, why could I make an appointment for it? I got reminder texts about the appointment and everything, and it was in their system when I arrived. I asked for a manager, and the gentleman who I spoke with at least sympathized with the issue and said he’d have to look into it.

Had transmission installed and in the process of fixing trans my exhaust manifold crack. Had a agreement to split the cost of the job. Then I was told the exhaust manifold was on back order until march 26. Haven't heard from them since March 12th when we talk about splitting the cost. My family has bought at least 6 cars over years from raisor and been treated fairly from sales side of the business. But unless something happens to trans under warranty WONT ever use their service department again. By the way I'm writing this on MAY 28. 2months
