I asked for a certain plan, Emily gave me what she wanted. Not listening to a single word that I said. She also connected my phone so terribly wrong that it took Metro AND T Mobile 2 days to fix it.This was the worst service I have ever received in my life. Her and the manager didnt listen and messed up my phone to where I had to even call Apple.They told me I was not able to get a promotion phone and the call center said that they completely lied and was able to. Their lack of knowledge about phones and services is ridiculous!Do not go there if you want good service unless you are willing to bribe them with food or gifts like the little old lady in front of me had to do with Emily.Worst service ever!!!

Polite and courteous but they set my phone up with an Indianapolis phone number. Then proceeded to set a pin number and didn't even inform me what that number was. Today the phone was turned off for a few hrs because I somehow owed 6 dollars. I didn't even get informed of what plan I was on. Very poor communication.
