Received a voicemail message that my prescription was ready to be picked up. Went to pick it up and it had been put back 1 1/2 hours before the pharmacy closed because this was the last day to pick it up. I had no idea. My voicemail said nothing about it being the last day to pick it up and definitely didn’t say that I had to pick it up 1 1/2 hours before closing. Zero logic in the whole incident. I’m mostly sharing this because I hope that a manager or someone who matters sees this and makes an effort to fix the problem.

Poor communication, and the drive thru is soo slow. If there are two cars in front of you, plan on waiting at least 30 minutes.

Staff are friendly and take the time to help save you money on prescriptions. A staff member was able to take mine down to $1.00 and some odd change. Let's just say we were VERY happy. They actually took the time.

Great staff very helpful. Try to get you the best price they can. Only problem.. I’m old school QMA I HAVE HAD 3 scripts that have decreasing refill I.e. 3 per day first month then 1 per day there after. Every time the script is wrong when I go to pick it up. lol I remember one Dr. who would write scripts that had as many as 12 steps in them. Boy would they be in trouble today. Just double check your dr orders and check where you are at in your scripts if they are either increasing or decreasing. My last script was 1x weekly then 1x monthly for one year. They got the amounts right but they only want to refill the next monthly script for 8 months . Total dosage should be 16 not 12. This has happened more than once. Love the people very knowledgeable on scripts helpful.

Note: This is for the West Lafayette locationI have had so many issues with this pharmacy. I would go elsewhere, but I've yet to find another pharmacy that takes my insurance.I receive text notifications that my prescriptions are ready. Multiple times I have shown up only to find that they are not in fact ready and I've made a wasted trip.On a couple occasions my doctor has changed the dosage of a prescription. I'll get the notification that my prescription is ready and go to pick it up. When I arrive it's not ready because they said they don't know what dose to fill. One, if you don't know, call my doctor. You shouldn't be taking my unprofessional word for what dose I'm supposed to be taking. Two, wouldn't it make sense to fill the prescription for the dose that was most recently prescribed by my doctor? I literally have had to tell them the dose and ask them to delete the old one so that they don't get confused.On my last visit I was appalled at the behavior of some of the staff. The tech working the drive through window would turn off the mic to the outside and very LOUDLY complain about each person that drove through. Sure, the people in the car can't hear you, but every customer in the store can! I looked at the pharmacist thinking they would surely shut the complaining down, but she just joined in!

They can't do simple math. I had to get meds filled through Meijer because cvs was out of stock. It was 30 days since my last refill, even cvs said so when we called to verify. But Meijer insisted their math was right and made me wait to fill it. I'll never use this pharmacy again. Ignorance, Ignorance, Ignorance.

It takes several calls to get your medicine and multiple trips to get your medicine. Especially if you have more than 1 medicine. The people that work the phone are rude.

Rude and snippy service. Pharmacist had ONE person in line other than me, and she snaps, "I need you to get behind the black divider where the line is!" What line? There are like 2 people. There was no need for that. Will not be back.

Extremely poor service. I was waiting on a prescription and they arbitrarily decided to delay it 24 hours. I had to go to urgent care for a breathing treatment because of their delay. The lines waiting for a prescription are terrible. 30 minutes in drive thru. Waiting inside is not any better as clerks chat and look at their cell phones. Now will have to go back after dark for a prescription I should have had yesterday.

These guys are wonderful! They always have lots of staff so they see you quickly. We get all of our prescriptions filled here. They also have a drive up window so you don't even have to come into the store if you don't need anything else. Highly recommend!
