Just very disappointed with the whole process and no paperwork. All I signed was one paper that says that they delivered it to me. I did not receive a copy that’s my mistake. Scott finally told me that there was a no return policy and because I signed that delivery contract agreed that was all they needed.I called them 4 times prior to the discovery of the no return policy with no phone call being returnedBecause I’m handicap I could only talk to them over the phone that could’ve been my big mistake.If you have a bad back, I will suggest a lumbar support. Definitely not from here, very expensive much cheaper online and with the no return policy, you’re stuck with a big purchase and no Guarantee.Most places online as a 30 day return policy. $1400 is a big mistake for me, especially when you’re on Social Security.

Fastest my husband and I have ever confidently picked out a mattress. Love the way they’ve incorporated technology into the buying process. We had a full body scan using bed match technology and narrowed it down to 3 great options within minutes. Thanks for a great experience. Highly recommended. Will be back to pick out a bedspread next using your tech for that.

Initially everything was fine. I purchased a Kingsdown dual firmness mattress, blue/green. I was delivered a Kingsdown dual firmness mattress, blue/gold. When I called about it I was told the sales associate had gone in and changed my order to the blue/gold one because the Bed Match machine said I needed a gold firmness level. I have talked to the sales associate twice, the manager once on the phone and once by email. The manager said they don't understand how they are in the wrong here. They will not resolve the situation so that I have a Kingsdown dual firmness mattress, blue/green like I ordered.

Initially everything was fine. Jake was the sales associate who helped with my purchase of a Kingsdown dual firmness mattress (blue/green). I was delivered a Kingsdown dual firmness mattress (blue/gold). I called, thinking I had been delivered the wrong mattress, only to be told my order had been changed because the Bed Match machine said i needed a gold firmness level. I have talked to Jake. I have talked to the store manager, Scott. I emailed Scott, also, laying out all of this. I've been told there isn't anything to be done about my not getting the right mattress and they don't know that they did anything wrong. Do they routinely change the customers' order???

It's an ok place. My husband and I were the only ones in the store. The salesman was a little standoffish until he realized we were planning to make a purchase. The merchandise is a little pricey. Do comparison shopping before buying.

Scott and his employees are THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Trustworthy and knowledgeable. The world needs more people like them! Great mattress selection and quality brands. We've bought our kids mattresses, mother's, mothers in-laws and sisters mattresses here. Now we're happily shopping for ours!!!
