The store itself was decent a manager was out on the floor having a very public demeaning talk to an employee. He was causing a scene, standing way too close to her and angry talking down to her. Definitely not a discussion to be had out on the sales floor, should have been done in a back room, perhaps sitting down and talking calmly. I was uncomfortable and felt terrible for the staff that has to work here.

Store is packed with items. It is by category but everything is just thrown on the shelves and is a mess. You really have to look. The stuff I found could just as easily be purchased in other big box or department stores for the same or less. As an example I found some candles, the same size same brand I had just purchased at a big box store on sale for a cheaper price. I found some seasonal hand soaps and the same exact soaps I purchased at a different store for a 1.00 less on sale. It’s my opinion you don’t save money here as long as you are a sale shopper to begin with. Aside from that the place reminds me of a goodwill except the items are new. They do have a large variety of stuff.

I stood at the cologne section for a solid 20 minutes this morning, ringing the button a dozen times for someone to unlock them and no one ever came, so I went up to the registers to ask them to unlock it and the girl at the front overhead paged the men’s section workers multiple times. I then asked the dressing room attendant if she could help and no one there could either. What should’ve been a 30 second in-and-out visit turned into a half an hour. Why have colognes locked up & a button to ring for assistance if no one ever comes with a key to help??
