If I could give a zero I would, delayed multiple times on a delivery and had to go through 4 people to figure out more info then delayed again.Terrible will never go back.

Avoid Angi with Lowe’s!I bought a garbage disposal from Lowe’s and paid for the installation service. What they didn’t tell me was that they used Angi, a platform that connects homeowners with contractors. That’s where the trouble started.The contractor they assigned was rude and disrespectful. He kept changing the installation date and then yelled at me on the phone because it didn’t suit him. I called Angi and asked them to stick to the original date I requested. But that was just the beginning of the nightmare.Angi didn’t care about anything except taking my money. I spoke to their customer service nine times and each time they changed the scheduled time because they said there were no contractors available. They wasted my time and left me without a working garbage disposal.I had to call a plumber and pay extra to get the job done. It was a hassle and a rip-off. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Don’t use Lowe’s installation service with Angi. You’ll regret it.

Ordered new range, they delivered a damaged one. Refused it, 3 more 8n warehouse, all were given away before ours could be replaced. More arriving in 30 days, but they refused to arrange a future delivery date.

I will never order from this store again. I have had 3 different experiences with them and all 3 times they have had bad customer service and bad installation people. This is the worst place to get anything from.

I would like to split the review but it all goes together, doesn't it? The staff was awesome in the store, and the delivery communication and the guys were good. Initially, it sounded like they were going to say it did not fit... but when I pointed out it was the same brand and size as the one inside... they remeasured:)Sadly, that was not the end! They carried the fridge up the stairs and into the house only to find the doors we assembled wrong and one of the doors' interiors was defective. Ok, it is inconvenient to empty our your fridge and freezer to get ready for delivery but fine... still not the end! They called the warehouse and waited a long time, we refused the delivery and they loaded it back on the truck... Finally, they said the warehouse would call me.After waiting an hour and not hearing, I checked the online delivery status and it showed delivered! so I call the number there. After some time I got through to Lowes who told me that I had to call the warehouse. (I HAVE TO CALL) (BTW they told me that the warehouse is not good at calling back) OK I called only to find a 1-hour wait... they have call back, so I did that... 2 hours later I get the call and I spent 30 -40 minutes on the call answering questions. At the end of that, I was told, AFTER the fridge is checked back in at the warehouse I would get a call within 24 hours to find out what I wanted to do...WHAT I WANT TO DO!!!! DELIVERY THE FRIDGE!!!!Here is my unsolicited advice...1. Check the items in the warehouse before they go out.2. Have a hotline that escalates a call from the delivery team if there is a problem.3. Use the automated system to send a text message apology and an updated delivery time.4. Load the replacement fridge in a pickup and head to the customers with the replacement.5. IF a replacement is not IMMEDIATELY available call the customer to explore restitution.Side note: If you KNOW that the delivery company is not good at something MAKE THEM FIX IT! Or replace them!UPDATE! I appreciate you reaching out to me on google maps and giving me a number to call. I wish it had not been the same number I called to start with, and that I was not immediately told it would be an hour wait time:( It has been 48 hours since this saga started and I still have not heard back from ANYONE other than the note on my google post.

Never had a problem with the store itself. But don't waste your time on the extended warranty for appliances. It's contracted out and the people do not care. Still have a broken fridge 3 weeks after our appointment, guy never showed. Lowes didn't make it right, just gave us our money back for the warranty.
