I want to start off and say i have never written a review like this in my life but I have genuinely never been so upset by a place. When i came in and was trying to explain the cut i wanted (which i was VERY SPECIFIC) it was such a hassle for them to listen. I have a bernese mountain dog and you’re not supposed to shave these dogs because it can cause a lot of problems for them. I’m not upset my dog got an ugly cut, i’m upset that his hair won’t grow back the same and his grass allergy will be terrible this summer because he no longer has ANY hair to shield it. I came in and asked if they had ever cut this type of dog before, they said yes hesitantly. Come to find out they obviously have not. They shaved my bernese mountain dog and cut his ears very uneven and funky. They were rude and cannot cut dogs. Here are pictures for reference the last picture is how he normally looks.

We have an Australian Shepherd female that was in desperate need of a grooming. She had major matting in her fur due to playing with her pups. We checked around but none were going to be open on 4th of July, but Laura's took us right in. We dropped off our Sookie girl and explained what we needed. Not only did they get all the matting out, they groomed her in such a way to bring out her girly personality that she has always had. We truly loved the job they did our special furbaby and when we picked her up she wasn't freaked out or anything. They did a beautiful job and we will be brining our furbabies back to Laura's, you made a new client!

My dog gets a bath and nails clipped. Always smells good and is happy when she comes home afterwards.

i always take my dogs here! Laura is reasonable and i love how she trims Rosco and Duke's nails! never sharp and short as she can get them! they are so soft and smell amazing for a good week or two! (depending on weather lol)
i highly recommend Laura!

I tried to make an appointment, but the lady on the phone was so rude I ended up going somewhere else because of her attitude.

Really not impressed by this groomer whatsoever. They were quite unfriendly and unresponsive between phone calls and upon walk in. Grooming services were subpar and they seemed generally displeased upon drop off and pick up. Really no reason to go back...

We have an older dog and Laura came to our house and trimmed his nails. We are so great full for her care.
