I love Lazy Boy furniture AND their employees. Sara (sales) is so personable and warm as she learns what you're looking for so she can match you with the right furniture. Stephanie (designer) put together beautiful colors and room plans. She even remembered little tidbits from our conversations as she picked a beautiful picture for me. It was such fun to plan a makeover for my home with them.

La-Z-Boy had exactly what I was looking for and the service was great. Sales rep definitely seemed to know what he was talking about, very informative. In the end I got a great living room set for a good price. If your going to shop La-Z-Boy I highly recommend this store, you can't put a price on personal service which is almost nonexistent these days.

The chair I bought is nice, buying experience went well, delivery went ok, however, their communication leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered this chair around the middle of November. About the beginning of December I try calling the Lafayette location, with the number given to me with the receipt, to get an update, as I had heard absolutely nothing. I kept trying for days, no one answering, leaving voicemail after voicemail and still nothing. When I finally got a call it was the middle of December and it wasn't even following up on the voicemails, it was to set up a date to deliver. Fantastic, but I don't appreciate all my voicemails being ignored. Probably will not buy any more furniture from them in the future, simply because of the lack of communication.

Lay Z Boy in Lafayette has a wonderful Customer Rep named Dominique who took the time to troubleshoot what was wrong with my power recliner over the phone! With info and pictures she is saving me time, trouble and money. You get what you pay for folks! I am hard on recliners and Laz E Boy lasts and lasts!

In 2021 we purchased a sofa. We were happy with this purchase, so we returned to buy a matching ottoman. The sales person looked at a photo of our sofa, and said she knew the color pattern and ordered an ottoman that she said matched this color.Three months later we pick up our ottoman (which cost a whopping $1200), and bring it home to realize the color does not match. We call them, and the next day get a phone call from the manager. Now she claims that our color pattern from our sofa is no longer made, so she ordered the closest color. And since this was a “special order” nothing could be done for us. This is NOT what we were told when we made our $1200 purchase and now are stuck with mis-matching furniture.If we were told ahead of time that our color wasn't available, we could have at least ordered a different color to intentionally make it look like an accent color. Instead, we were sold a very expensive lie and will never return to this store.

The whole process of repairing our Lazyboy recliner was easy. The Service Department replied to our voicemail message within a day. Dominique was both very courteous and clear on what the process would be. We were notified the day beforehand what the two hour time frame would be for the service call. Greg, the technician, was courteous and was able to complete the repair in about twenty minutes.And we now have our awesome recliner back in action.
