I’m very happy with my new recliner, but I’m not happy with communication level at the store. our recliner showed up much later than what we was told originally when we purchased it.We have received no follow up asking about the delivery service or the recliner. we spent a lot of money on this one recliner, but it was what I wanted. We also bought a couple sofas nearby at another store. The other store has followed up. They also sent us home with leather care package that will last sometime plus free refills for the first year or so. We got nothing like that from La-Z-Boy. all in all my next purchase will not be from La-Z-Boy. It will be from the other store that sells quality products also

I enjoyed working with Doug Overman very much. He was personable but still efficient with time. Doug located a hard-to-find sofa for me and did a great job giving me fabric samples that could possibly work in our home. We were able to get the sofa ordered the next day. That should allow for our room to be created before the holidays.

This is such a welcoming store. We were greeted very warmly by Sara as soon as we walked in. She let us roam around the store on our own, and she made sure to check in with us as we finished up. She made buying furniture a fun experience, was very patient as we asked questions, and did everything she could to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Buying furniture was such a simple, seamless process. I’d recommend this store to anyone. By the time we left the store, Sara felt like an old friend that we couldn’t wait to see again. We will definitely return for any other furniture needs we have.
