Cooked 2 lbs chorizo (2links). Weighed the water that came out of the $5.99lb sausage after cooking. Gotta love paying $5.99 for water thats added when making it. Literally 6oz of water per lb of sausage..that is over 35% of sausage is water weight..horrible greed. Never again.what a ripoff.

1/7/23- It's been a while since my last visit, because my wife shops here every Sunday.We order the carnitas, menudo, and chicharones to name a few.Today Roberto was on duty at the meat counter. He's new, but quick to help. I saw a few old timers.The cashier is the same as from years ago. She is bilingual and very friendly.They have a lot of merchandise from all over to take care of your Mexican, y Latino needs. Great experience!Ya Sabes!

Long line at the meat counter. Had to wait in line for tamales, waited for a while, decided to leave instead. They should have two or more people working the meat counter area.
