I'd give zero if I could. My husband got me a lamp from this store. It was broken when we opened it. Came to return it. I was told the only option I have is a gift card, even though we have the receipt. I shouldn't be stuck shopping in a store that doesn't have what I want to replace something they sold broken before we even opened it.

Hi, i just had to finally say something after so long. I have been coming to this store for many years 9 to be exact. In the past i have always had great customer service! However these past few months that i have been going to find new decor for my new house has been very disappointing experiences. EVERYTIME i walk into the store I am never greeted with a hello, or anything by any means. The “manager” i believe i dont even know her name, short highlighted hair mid 40s is the rudest person i have ever met in my life by far. Just the look on her face makes it a very unpleasant shopping experience makes you want to walk out, and dont even ask her about anything because all you get is flat,short, strict answers, really its like she hates her job. Its really sad because i love this store but maybe she needs someone higher than a manager to talk to her and teach her how to give good customer service because she will drive sales away with that attitude and disrespect towards customers. I myself have left for that reason. And i dont just spend $20 every shopping spree used to be over 150 easily by weekly. I will be sticking to online shopping from now on. For reference i am Latino so not sure if its racism towards latino community or i don't know.

Nice home and patio decor store. From candles to pictures. Pillows to lamps, dish ware for kitchen and patio. Furniture for both too. Rugs and welcome mats. We were there for the 4th of July sale, which was very nice. I found a few Christmas gifts. Yes I start my Christmas shopping early. I am from Iowa and we do not have a Kirkland's Home store. When I visit family, in Indiana I enjoy shopping here. Not sure what the reason was that I couldn't give or use my cousin email address, so she could get rewards from my purchase. It is what it is! ?

I can get things that are pretty, things that smell sooo awesome, even things of beauty! All the girls who work here are the sweetest... I recommend Kirkland's to all.

This place is expensive, but they are the only store with this kind of selection in town. Home furnishings that are a few steps up from Pier 1. They have some candles that my friend is in love with.

We have shopped here a couple of times while we redecorate our home. Kirkland's has high-quality items that are rotated so there is always something new. But I feel that the store is a bit small, and we don't always find just the thing we're looking for. Also, the prices seem to be a bit high. We usually stop at Hobby Lobby first to see what we can find, then head down to Kirkland's if we can't find exactly what we want. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. On our last visit, one staff person alerted me to an online-only coupon that I could use that day. That kind of service will always bring me back.
