I went in the other day for an oil change. I was planning on going to a competitor but on a whim pulled into Jiffy Lube instead. I'm so glad I did. They were extremely efficient, kind, and understanding. My oil change included vacuuming window washing as well as all the checks etc. I had my little dog with me and they offered treats. It was the best customer service all around that I've had in a long time. I felt like I got good value for my money. I will definitely be back.

Great experience! This team looks to work well together. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars: Air filter was changed. We heard/saw the mechanic struggling with the screws for the cover. We checked them when we got home and they were left too loose. Would still recommend going there to anyone. We look over the vehicle after anything is done to it and everyone should do that. Won’t keep me from going back.

Showed me air filter, which definitely needed changed, topped off DEF (this was too high $$). Let me know my tires needed replaced (waited on that, but second opinion confirmed we do). Overall great experience. Trustworthy staff.
