I went to the State Farm Agency location on Kossuth Street yesterday and I talked with Jeff Siple and he treated me like I was a friend not just another customer like some other car insurance companies do. He was very friendly and very helpful and also kind and cared enough to ask me how my day was. I would recommend State Farm to anyone that needs any type of insurance. They also have better coverage I think. Keep up the good work.

They were great. He took the time to explain things. I never felt rushed. They gave me incredible rates. Almost 300.00 less than what I was paying with a different company.

I am a long standing policy holder (home, cars, RVs) with Jeff Siple- State Farm. I can't tell you how disappointed I am with the service I am receiving on a home claim. State Farm has yet to send out an adjuster. They have sent out "preferred" contractors to get estimates. The first time, they completely missed a room. Despite the obvious missing shingles on my roof that line up perfectly with interior leaks they continue to deny any roof damage. Interestingly, the "preferred" contractors have identified the damage. What happened to State Farm. Needless to say, I am looking for a new insurance company. If you have State Farm you may want to ask if they still have adjusters in the field.

Jeff and his staff is easy to work with and very caring. Anytime I have a question or need advice they are all over. They find the answers to my questions and quickly. Home, auto, life, and even State Farm Bank works for me and my family. Two giant thumbs up!
