I've been with Jeff for years but fortunately have only rarely made a claim. Recently had to make one after somebody else ran into my car at an intersection. The process went very smoothly including a rental car for 12 days while mine was being repaired. All of the expenses were covered seamlessly. I like that when you call their office a person picks up right away without having to go through numerous menus on an Automated Customer-Elimination Service like many companies employ. I hope to never need them again but it's nice to know that they will be there if I do.

Jeff and his team are great to work with. I have policies with multiple insurance agencies/agents and I wouldn't continue working with Jeff and his team unless they were so responsive and helpful. Even when they can't offer the best package or the type of insurance I'm needing, they are always available to advise and their responsiveness is great. They don't try to sell you something you don't need and they give you straight forward explanations. Also, any questions they don't have answers to, they are happy to investigate and find answers....that is invaluable. Excellent service and integrity!
