Insurance really can be purchased anywhere, but Jason is the reason I bought from State Farm. He is always looking for a way for his customers to save money. He gets in contact with me a month before I have to renew, and he always makes sure I'm happy with the service I receive. He is a great guy in general, but he is an even better agent!

insurance Nightmare! | will never recommend state farm to anyone ever again. If I could put no stars I would. We moved to Indiana from Virginia during the process we needed to transfer agents. Jason came highly recommended. We went through the process, sent all our license information to the office and was ready to go, from what we knew (found out otherwise). Several, I mean several(!) weeks later we found out that they have not inputted my husbands drivers license information at all. They have attempted to call us but was unable to due to our numbers changing. AN EMAIL WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE!! We live in 2024, PEOPLE! I am so angry because without even emailing us, underwriting had already started the process of canceling our insurance, yes(!), canceling our insurance. This turned out to be a nightmare and was not top priority for the office even though it was their agent (admittedly ) that made the error. My husband and I was soooo close to submitting a complaint with the insurance board, Jason did call us but the situation still did not feel like was priority considering we were only days away from having our licenses taking away and plates canceled due to their agent error. Oh on top of that, we found out that my husband had not had insurance for several weeks! So long story short after it was all resolved, we canceled our insurance and going with progressive - which is over $100 cheaper same policy for anyone that is looking to save money!

Jason and his team have been very easy to work with . They have helped us out with finding the right coverages with competitive pricing . Jason and his team also made it very easy when we had to make a claim due to an auto accident . Always nice having a local agent you can reach out to with your questions .
