They take ages to answer the phone, and there is this infuriating message about how “iu health is recognised by us news” and a bunch of other trash that I’m currently listening to. It makes me want to end the call and give up. Expect 20+ minute wait times for calls, and they don’t call back when the say they will. If ull read this iu health, please change the annoying message to some calm music so that people can at least go about their lives while waiting for someone to pick up.

Took my 6 year old son here for a hearing test before he has his tube placement surgery, we had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Cross, she was so sweet \\u0026 welcoming! My son went right back with her \\u0026 got his test done, I think he even thought it was fun! She was very personable \\u0026 knowledgeable! A beautiful person inside \\u0026 out, definitely recommend this doctor!! Thank you again Dr. Cross!

It was terrible I went with my 5 year old son and they the person that was talking to us said we didn’t have an appointment when we did do the appointment so we got their and she made us wait until everyone else left and one of my brothers daughters was playing around with a chair the person attending us told us to leave in a mean way she through us out of the building that was the worst hospital I have ever been to I wouldn’t recommend this to anybody

the nurses are rude! they never help my girlfriend whenever she goes to iu Arnett! understaff and extremely rude to patients that don't have covid!

My experience at this medical office was terrible, I won't speak of the doctor because it wasn't his fault it was more ponting to his assistant. She was very unprofessional and rude to me. When I asked for help to understand what more the doctor was trying to say to me, which was very hard to understand him in general she acted as if she was confused to why I couldn't understand the doctor and told me that if I has any questions to call back later about my son's well visit. I am very disappointed with this and I will probably make it known again how disrespectful she was. These doctors and assistants are here to help us and make us feel comfortable. This is why health care has a bad reputation. Especially, in times like this they should be more understanding and willing to do whatever it is you need.

I would like to say, I have come across some of the best drs. and nurses I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Dr. Blackburn just did surgery on my foot today and he is very, sweet, very patient and very focused, my neurologist is dr. Simchek and he makes sure every issue whether it be my brain or something else is taken care of, I highly recommend this hospital and the drs. that are attached to it, again, thank you, Kelly Jean

Every time we come here it’s an absolute mess. The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. The facility looks much older than it really is. It’s time to hire more employees so these nurses can provide the level of care that patients deserve.

I have had 2 hospital stays in the last month! The nurses are AMAZING and the majority of the doctors have excellent bedside manners!
