The service was great. I had been researching different mopeds for several weeks and I had a few that I wanted to test and out of the three different places I contacted, it was the only place that would actually let me test drive it. All the staff we're extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. They really made me feel valued as a customer and I would recommend anyone looking for an off-road vehicle or motorcycle to give this place a visit.

Order heated grips a while back, my schedule has been busy but Gary and team took care of me as well as my 25k service. I also both a few accessories from the parts dept, excited to have them installed once they come in. I love this dealership, great people, always welcoming and very helpful. We had the best buying experience at Indian Motorcycles of Layfayette. We dealt with Debbie for sales, Marvin for service, and Bob from fiance there. They were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful! We traveled almost 3 hours to get there with our trade in. They took great care of us and had the used bike ready to go as soon as we were there. They completed the service prior to us showing up and installed a new battery without any asking. There was no pushy salesman to be found and we had great conversations and an easy sale. At the end of the day, I can't recommend them enough and we will 100% be making the 3 hour drive for any other motorcycle or powersports purchases we need!

Staff did everything they could do to take care of my needs and get be back on the road. Although we couldn’t complete all services in that visit, I am confident in their abilities and customer service. I feel confident returning for my next scheduled appointment. Shout out to Aaron!

Recently had a break down and they were able to get me in and take care of the problem in a reasonable amount of time. Had no issues with communications and the staff were friendly and responsive.

First, I want to highlight that Marvin was absolutely great. However, my overall experience was terrible. It’s clear that nobody communicates effectively, especially the managers. When I arrived, everyone seemed clueless. If someone is absent, it appears that others don't know how to keep the business running. As a manager, everyone should be cross-trained. I was told my bike would be delivered, but now I'm getting the runaround. I tried to add insurance and was told to come back because another manager didn't know how to add it. The sad thing is, I have communicated with them multiple times a day, and nothing was prepared. If someone chooses to spend their hard-earned money, their experience shouldn’t be subpar.
