I have taken the NYC trip. Very well planned trip. Tour guide is very helpful and knowledgable. There is ample free time to explore in your own. Our luggage picked up and delivered to room. Hotel centrally located. A great time.

Sadly, although we have enjoyed our many Imperial tours over the years, we are uninterested in continuing to work with a company that we have now found to be rigid and insensitive to the needs of its loyal customers. Read the fine print and do not expect understanding from this outfit.

I will never use them again. It was the first and last time. I wrote them a letter telling them how unsatisfactory the trip was and they had an excuse for everything.

We have used Imperial Travel twice now for chartered trips and both times have been more than impressed! The customer service is top notch. We have chartered a hummer limo and a 32 passenger bus, both which were clean and well equipped for the purpose of our trips. Our driver, Royce, was accommodating, friendly, and easy going! Would highly recommend Imperial Travel!

I highly recommend Imperial Travel for charter bus trips. We used them for our high school team trip to Tennessee. Their rates were similar to other companies in the area, their driver was incredibly professional and their bus was in great shape inside and out. We did not experience any trouble on this trip.**When asking around, bus drivers all commend Imperial for their professional training, support and mechanics!

Well i contacked this service on the 1st part of August, inwas told their only travel agent was out until late August, si i tied back on the 26th only to be told that that one agent is on in on Tuesday and thursday from 10-2 when everyone is normally at work. No good review here ?

The driver is was very rude and condescending. She did not make it aware of the rules that she had to stop every 2.5hrs, which is fine. Yet at first she went 4hrs driving (thank you) and then proceeded to stop. We then mentioned that we want to try to be early and make a quick trip back and have no more stops. She then took that really rudely and said that she has to stop every 2.5 hrs, which is fine. Yet I was never aware of this and we didn't do this on the way there either. She then became very rude about the trip when coming here. I was asking why were we late. She replied in a sarcastic manner about, "did you look outside?" I was like no. She became angry saying there was ice. I told her, "I was unaware and did not know". I asked what the weather looks today? she answered well look outside. I said we are crossing 4 states, I don't know the path you are taking nor the weather in every location you plan to cross. We all sat back down in our seats and then she make an announcement about her time for 2.5hrs breaks and how the heat became a problem. Overall, she was very rude and ruined the experience.
