I only have one account with them, but I find all the staff I have ever dealt with there to be super polite, and extremely knowledgeable. I had to do a wire transfer to Europe and it was difficult for me because of a language barrier; the staff at Huntington went out of their way to give me a hand.

This is a review of what I'm my eyes is just a Bad Hire .. full disclosure/ Huntington Bank has been stellar over the years ! Why this was so surprising to myself ! Anyway - short /sweet .. This "SalesMan" calls you up : tells you there is a problem w/your accounts ... only to find he's just trying to sell Bank Products. Feel he is a Stain on bank and all legit Sales People who have enough faith in product to be be honest / up front ! A sad Order Taker - also; this human lacks basic Sales skills which makes him even more of a danger to the Bank !

The people are friendly but I run a business and they can never seem to have enough rolls of change. It makes it hard for me to be able to provide for my customers. I hope they get their money issues handled, but I doubt it because it's been several months already.

They really don't value loyal costumers in this location. Don't be tricked by the sweet voices. Dont you dare go overdraft once, because they wont give you a single penny back.

I will never bank here again! 1st I have been charged a fee monthly for the past 5 years after complaining and being told that it was normal, I let it go when finally deciding to bank somewhere more beneficial I decided to close my account. The manager told me to wait to close my account because they were going to refund me all that money back so I did. A week later I had an account in negative, I was charged for a disputed charge I had made several months earlier. I have never had this much trouble with another bank and don't suggest anyone to bank here, it's sad the lengths they will go to take your money.
