Went to take my 01 883 sportster there to get the carb looked at, and they told me they don't work on anything older than 2007... it's a Harley Davidson bike, and the Harley dealership refuses to work on their own bike... was my first time there, too. I'll change my rating when they can actually help me with my bike.

I want to Thank the staff for today’s on the spot service! I started my bike this morning; it turned real sluggish but started. Engine light came on, I knew was probably just a code for low voltage but it was driving me nuts because the light stayed on. Wife and I rode the bike to Attica to meet my dad for breakfast; decided to contact Chuck to ask him if there were any technicians in today and 2 were present I explained the situation and Chuck text me back saying when you leave Attica send me a text and bring it in when you get here. We arrived, door raised and as I pulled in Kris from parts and Alden the service tech both met me as we pulled in; diagnosed the bike and cleared the code. Alicia from service was friendly and helpful about setting up a follow up service to ensure no more issues with the bike. Again, Thank you, you couldn’t ask for a better team to be there for you!

Traveled 2.5 hours to get the bike that I have been searching for! They also gave me a solid value on my trade in. Kevin, Chuck and the whole crew were phenomenal and continue to be supportive and engaged even after my purchase. I passed by many dealers to get there and am so thankful I did. Other dealers tried to sell me on other bikes during my search. Hunter’s Moon just made it possible. Thank you, HMHD! God speed!

We were just passing through and needed a kickstand spring and a couple bolts. The csr was very helpful printed a diagram to show us exactly what was needed. Awesome customer service.
