“I recently purchased a DeWalt drill combo set that came with a “free” router, the order was split into two shipments and the router was delivered to the wrong location. I spent over two hours between Home Depot’s 800 number cust service and Chase (my cc) trying to get a resolution. Then I tried my local store where the router was shipped from. The manager listened to my situation and did his due diligence investigating and concluded that it was indeed the fault of the 3rd party delivery service. NOT ONLY did the manager respond to me personally and promptly but he drove a new router directly to my house, himself, within the hour. That was so far above and beyond the resolution I expected. I’ll be shopping my local Home Depot often; it’s the local people that shine ✨”

“Never had a problem with the store itself. But don't waste your time on the extended warranty for appliances. It's contracted out and the people do not care. Still have a broken fridge 3 weeks after our appointment, guy never showed. Lowes didn't make it right, just gave us our money back for the warranty.”
