The review for this place would be significantly higher if the man at the register interacted with us at-least ONCE. I kid you not, one of the most unfriendly and unwelcoming customer service experiences i’ve had. We walk up to the register and the young man walks up, grabs the clothes and scans it. After scanning he has the most emotionless face known to man, looks at my boyfriend, doesn’t tell him how much he needs to pay and rudely gestures towards the card reader. After paying he doesn’t even bother handing us the receipt and just walks away. Whoever this young man is, he shouldn’t be working retail if you refuse to talk to customers.

Bought multiple men’s t-shirts from here that shrunk significantly after washing. My son was not even able to wear them once…way too small now. The store would not return or exchange for larger size because shirts had been washed (even though it was the washing of the shirts that was the problem). Poor quality and poor customer service. We are now out $50….very upsetting.

We just popped in really fast needed to get a cute little outfit for my niece which she found, not hard to do they have so many beautiful clothes and pretty good pricing too. If you haven't been to check them out lately you probably should the clothes are so cool, and the prices are very good like I said check them out!

Probably the worst retailer in the country as far as customer service is concerned. They would mark some product with clear wrong pricing and even when they will say it's their fault, they will still refuse to sell it at advertised price. And somehow all the associates are rude. As if they were trained to be rude.

Zero stars. Wanted to try on some clothes and went towards the fitting room at 6pm and the boy working there told me that he just closed the fitting rooms. That they close an hour before the store closes and refused to allow me in (I’ve never heard of a store doing this before?!)… terrible customer service.
