Advised to call location by customer service due to mismanaged reservation by another location. Called over 10 times from 3pm-6pm and not a single person answered. Cancelled my initial reservation online and went with Payless Rentals.

Absolutely horrible experience, would not recommend to anyone. The staff were rude and condescending, they acted surprised when I showed up to get a car that I had made a reservation in advance for. The car they gave me was buried in the back of the lot and they made me precariously back it out. The Hertz website says the car should be full of gas, but mine only had half a tank. I didn't notice until I was 15 mins away, so I tried calling this location to ask what I should do. The phone just rang for 2 minutes then hung up. I didn't want to be hit with a big bill for gas that I didn't use, so I kept calling and turned around. The phone just rang continuously for the 15 minute drive back.
When I got back to the location, the female employee looked at me like an idiot and said that she would "make a note" of the gas situation. When I told her about the phone seemingly not being connected to anything, she just kind of smirked at me and went back to playing on her cell phone.
I'm 100% sure they would have charged me for a full tank of gas if I hadn't have said something. Super rude and unhelpful employees.

I booked a week back and received several messages like pick up car on time and it has been reserved. But two days to go and pick, I received call and said we don’t have any car right now. If you don’t have then why did you reserve it? Pathetic experience. Now again I have booked from another location and see what do they say?

Shocked. They charged me $84 when I returned Tesla as it was low at battery. I came to return from Hamilton County which is 75 miles from return location and how is it possible to return 100% after driving so long.I felt cheated and found out how Hertz is Frauding the People. I accept they can charge some but charging such huge money Insane. Looting is the exact word under rules.

Cancelled my rental due to not having my RESERVED vehicle. Calling to speak with them is pointless, they will not answer.

After scheduling a rental car pick up, I got several messages stating my pick up time was 12pm. When I showed up to get my rental car, the office closed at 12pm, and I was screwed out of $400 bc my reservation was non-refundable. Never doing business here again and would not recommend.

Had a car confirmed for pickup a week in advance. Arrived at the shop and they said that they had no cars available so I had to go home again and cancel the travel plans. They said that they would give us a call back as well later in the day but they did not, and then just cancelled the reservation. Do not book here, as I should have known by the other reviews this is not a place that should have customers. If you need a car by a given time and must have it by then, go elsewhere.

When we picked up car, it was filthy and we cleaned it when we got home. After dropping it off (clean) we got our receipt with total charged. A few days later my credit card was charged for $250 more than I had a receipt for. They claim it was for "outside washing". I never got a receipt, it was cleaner than when I received it, with the 3/4 tank of gas that was in it when I got it. No one can explain to me why this was and I am now stuck. I will never use Hertz again nor will my family.

They had my car ready and clean, and when I dropped it off, they gave me a ride back to my hotel!!

I always rent a car to go to ORD and this place is the best choice. Everytime I got my car smoothly and the car has good condition.

This place is horrible, they will cancel your reservation without your permission if you rent one or two days no matter how early you booked. Wish I can give zero star.

Bad experience. Booked a car but then I was told the general manager had allowed bookings despite no car availability. Quite disappointing to have plans cancelled because of this

Don't call they never answer the phone. But when you arrive guys answer every time. Something isn't adding up.
