When I went to my interview for full time I asked them if I would get 40 hours a week and they said that you might go home half a shift a week but that's it. Then when I started my first day people told me that they're going to four days a week of all of June and then a two-week shutdown in july. The interviewer did not tell me the truth.

This place is not an auto parts store, it is a factory for Subaru Automotive of Indiana, they make parts for the Subaru plant!

It's a JOB ? Not really a good place to work there is absolutely no structure here employee's do what they want here causing a real mess of an environment. The pay sucks given the work they do here. If your desperate and can't find any work they will get you in quickly.
