“I stopped in yesterday for the first time. I was after a few turkey calls. I am an avid deer hunter but have never hunted turkey, but see them all the time. They had already taken down most of the turkey hunting stuff because it is late in the season. The manager, I think his name was Brandon, went to the basement and brought up 2 totes of calls. He spent time showing me what does what and giving me tips on how to use them. He went out of his way to help me to understand what I needed and why. He did not try to push items on me that cost more, but really explained what I needed more for this time of year. He is a turkey hunter himself and had loads of tips and information to share. I feel like he really wants to make sure that I have the best chance of harvesting a fall turkey. I am super impressed with the selection of everything for hunting and fishing. I never saw one soccer ball, tennis raquet or golf club on the premisis?? I have a new favorite place to shop for outdoor gear! I will definately recommend this place to my hunting and fishing buddies.”

This place makes me smile seeing that it seems to still be going strong. I miss living in Lafayette due to businesses like Applied Ballistics!
