After trying 3 other veterinary clinics…We have found exactly what we were looking for in Dr Clayton. She took time to listen and hear our concerns. She took time to thoroughly discuss the treatment plan for our Bengal boy Ugo. Thank you so much for the amazing visit today.

Went here recently to euthanize one of my cats after finding out my previous vet retired. They were compassionate, friendly, and took great care with our cat, Max. They have two adorable resident clinic cats. Felt truly at home here among others who care so much about felines. Highly recommended. However, wait times for appointments are long because it's such a sought out practice. If you don't mind waiting, going here is 210% worth it.

Dr. Clayton is truly an exceptional veterinarian. She has a remarkable ability to understand and address the unique needs of each cat, providing high-quality care that consistently goes above and beyond. Whether it's a routine check-up or a more complex health issue, she approaches every situation with both expertise and compassion. Dr. Clayton also excels at explaining care options, clearly outlining the benefits and limitations of each approach, and being transparent about costs as a factor. We have a medically complex cat who began experiencing serious health problems four years ago, and Dr. Clayton's commitment to staying current on the latest cat health research has been so helpful. Biscuit has remained happy and healthy thanks to her cutting-edge knowledge and care.
Beyond Dr. Clayton, the entire staff is phenomenal. They are efficient and professional while also being so personable. It's evident that everyone who works at the Cat Hospital genuinely loves cats!
When it was time to euthanize our 17-year-old cat last year, I couldn't have asked for better support. Dr. Clayton was kind, empathetic, and deeply supportive. She took the time to have difficult conversations and was truly invested in making it a peaceful experience for everyone. It felt as though she and the staff were grieving along with us. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Clayton and her team, although I definitely try whenever someone mentions veterinarians!

I had a cat and they knew that he was about to die and they didn't tell me and they gave him the wrong medicine and said he had bugs in his stomach but did not and because of that they gave him the wrong medicine and before we took him he would still play and run around but after we took him he never wanted to play he would always just lay down and rest than I woke up one morning and he wasn't alive he was the best cat ever he was only about three months old and I gave them back their medicine and demanded a refund but they never gave it to me and they were trying to blame it on me if you want your cat to be ok DO NOT take them here!!

They were wonderful with our little Chloe. The environment is very clean and cutely decorated with cats everywhere. All staff were very nice. Dr. Clayton made us feel comfortable and explained everything to us. I also liked that they texted us updates while our cat was there.

Very friendly staff. We showed up at our appointment time and got right in to see the Vet. They were gentle and caring towards my cat. On the more expensive end of the visit cost but worth it in my opinion.
