The cashier signed me up for the backstage pass but did not disclose that I would be charged even if I did not complete the registration. I was automatically renewed from a 3rd party vendor. It was difficult to cancel. I don't shop there much but guarantee I won't shop there again.

Great store, has hard to find stuff. Staff is really nice, and put up with all my questions about the store and some other things. Seemed a little bare last time I stopped in but I did what most smart people would do and asked if they were closing. The manager working at the time informed me that FYE corporate sends "planners" to the stores that give them instructions on how to rearrange and organize things, and that they were in the middle of doing so. I've noticed that the way they explain their backstage pass has changed over the years, they don't try to hide the fact that after a month it will charge your card. A lot of their prices are higher than most but I asked about an action figure in particular (I like asking a lot of questions so I don't become a pain in the employees side) the women at the counter told me that pricing is completely out of their hands, and that the company sets the price based off of whatever deal they have with any given company (Funko, Hasbro, etc) and she said it would be cheaper to order the action figure straight from Hasbro's website. I've visited a few FYEs in Indiana and this is by far one of the best. Granted it's not the biggest but with less space comes less opportunity to be completely empty, and it's easier to clean. One of the better stores in the mall if you're into anime/kpop or other music/Funko pops

Everything was priced extremely high for stuff you can purchase from Walmart for a fraction of the price. Online retailers also have a bigger selection for much cheaper prices. The store inside is kind of bare and looks like it's dying. This store is a relic and may not survive much longer.

REALLY over priced. FUN STUFF, but they had something for $19.99 and right across the way at Game Stop they had it for $12.99.

The store was great, however, one of the staff members was extremely rude. I walked in and asked where the action movies were. The girl working (large, pink hair) rolled her eyes and pointed and made it very clear she didn’t want to help me. The male (tall, blue hair streak)was very nice and stepped in and gave clear directions. Will order online next time. Don’t feel like inconveniencing a staff member when I need help.

Lots of pop culture type of stuff. Since the mall lost ThinkGeek this is the next best thing for that type of merch.

I like it for some of the Funko exclusives. Other than that I dont really shop there much. However I am not a fan of their false advertising regarding the instore discount. If you sign up for the FYE club. Sure you get a diacount but are then enrolled into recurring payments. The tricky part is that sometimes they say its "just this 1 time" then when your bill comes you realize you were signed up. Ok store but sometimes, shady practices.
