If you are expecting professional insurance agents, look elsewhere. They are not punctual and are terrible at returning calls. We left voicemails during normal business hours and did not get return calls from them. I had to call 6 times in a row, during business hours, after our voicemails went unanswered for days. I finally got Ken to answer his phone and he said he was out of the office, and someone would call me back. I did get a call back that day, but they were unable to resolve the issue. I was told I would get a callback, but that did not happen. I am glad they didn't, we are now with a different agency getting better insurance and customer service for a lower cost.

Ken Gaffer is an exceptional agent. His sincerity, empathy, and understanding were invaluable when he helped me after a car accident that wasn't my fault. I highly recommend him!

Ken , Veronica and all the agents at Famers Insurance are some of the most caring, professional, and ethical people I know in insurance today. They have always responded quickly via phone or email and scheduled appointments asap when I needed it. They live by a high moral code and values that resonate with my own. To treat others as you wish to be treated. To be fair, just, truthful, and respectful. Ken, Veronica, and the agents that work with them are persons of the highest integrity and go out of their way - even cutting short vacations that everyone needs and deserves - to answer questions or help me find the right policies. If I could give this zero stars I would. You know what is funny I can actually get ahold of my new agent directly and she's not to busy sitting behind a desk or on vacation to handle anything concerning my policy. Ken you need to be more hands on and stop sitting back and looking like you know what your doing.

Any time you call Veronica she's busy or at least she has to let it be known your not her priority. Not good at picking up phones. Also very rude in manner. Have some decency and be a good human being. Whats wrong with the world.
