Awesome store for u-haul rentals. It took 5 minutes to pick up the truck and 30 seconds to drop it off. Anthony was awesome—quick, friendly, and knowledgeable.

I come here all the time and it's a great place if your into hobby collecting farm toys or trucks!! Have never had a problem ever and are extremely friendly. I spend a decent amount of time in there and they seem to be very dedicated and serious about their uhaul rentals too. They are always helping people in any way they can if needed. Extremely fantastic service!

Very disappointing. Drove 8+hrs and store was closed. Store also had different hours than posted on the internet. Store phone number also does not work.

Never been to the store but I was going to place an order on the website for a present for my nephew for Christmas. After setting up an account and going through checkout, it prompted me to call to make payment. So I call the phone and get a lady who doesn't understand what I'm talking about then rudely tells me the website is old and doesn't know a thing about taking a payment for it. It's 2018, if it's an old website, it needs to be shut down so potential customers don't waste a bunch of time trying to make a purchase that they cannot make. Not pleased at all.

I called and reserved a uhaul truck, went to pick up the truck at 4 pm after I paid for the truck I was asked to sign the contract, after I looked it over I noticed I was not given 24 hours, it was an hour short I asked Lisa to change that as it says a customer will be charged an extra day rate if not returned of $40 a day, I am paying for 24 hours not 23.. so I said I would sign the contract after she changed it to reflect 24 hours Lisa said her system doesn't allow that I said your system doesn't allow you to give your customers 24 hours on their rentals she got very offensive and argumentative just because I asked her to do her job, she continued to say she couldn't do that I said I'll sign it after it was fixed I didn't want to rush and risk not getting truck back at the time the contract said she continued to say I would not have an issue I wanted something changed on the form reflecting my correct time she could have even called the other store where I was drooping truck of to, instead she became very upset and "called someone" I have no idea who saying how irate I was towards her and she was not going to deal with it and was canceling my reservation after I had already paid over $200 and obviously needed the truck to move, no one got irate until the paying customer didn't get what we paid for and she blew us off and didn't want to deal with doing her job correctly, I wonder how many people actually have had to pay for a late drop off.. she cancelled our reservation on the fact we requested a 24 hour rental and NOT a 23, I'm not sure how she can cancel a reservation that she is not paying for because we asked for exactly what we were suppose to get.. horrible customer service she doesn't belong there working with the public, that right there is how u lose business she inconvenienced us for no reason so we drove Over 20 minutes to go to another u-haul location to Get the exact same truck Some that same location we had to go to another office and fill out another contract and drive all the way back to rent the same truck horrible customer service I wouldn't recommend anyone rent anything or buy anything from this establishment if this is how they treat customers totally unacceptable unprofessional the service that I had at the other dealership in West Lafayette close to otterbin Was worth the drive the manager went out of her way to make sure that we had exceptional customer service she took care of us explained everything to us and made sure that we had a moving truck as we were supposed to so thank you carrie That is true customer service she knows how to deal with the customers the customer is not always right but you don't cancel someone's order because you don't wanna do your job and then treat the customer the way she treated us she humiliated us in a business totally unprofessional
