Recently placed a review and after getting a nice lady calling and saying a miscommunication. I appreciated her reaching out and letting me know my card was at the facility. Glad she reached out.

*Edit: The facility did reach out privately to discuss our issues. They have made every attempt to make the situation right. For that, I will give them another star.Staff was less than friendly, contract says table and chairs are included, but what they mean to say is you have to figure out where to get them and move them yourself. Our room was double booked and the other party started removing tables and chairs from our room for their own. We were then charged a fee for not returning the tables and chairs when they were passed along to the next room. Overall very disappointed in the Faith East facility. I would recommend the Faith West and Northend before I would recommend this facility.

Staff is very friendly, facilities are very clean. The only problem is there is. Nothing for the to eat the the grill yet or drink..but over all my kids had a blast.

We love their after/before school program as well as oasis park & all the community activities they offer such as the annual Trunk-or-Treat!

I would never let my children play here. The staff is rude and have no empathy for anyone. My 20lb baby got was run into by a teen that was running full speed in the play room. He knocked her down and the fell on her and not one person even cared never even asked if she was ok. Acted like I did something wrong. Y'all are safer going to the city park

Worse place to take your child. I had a very unpleasant experience with this facility. The director over the summer programs have poor communication skills, and does not care at all about the kids. My son is Type 1 diabetic, and before he started camp I wanted to set-up a meeting to discuss a plan of care, to ensure he would be taken care of. I contacted him a few weeks before the camp multiple times, and left voicemails, never returned my call. I was finally able to reach him, but when I did he made it seem like my son having diabetes is an inconvenience for him. My son was able to start the program, but only for a week, due to management staff deciding it was too difficult to care for my child and his diabetes, so they communicated that he is no longer welcomed at the camp. No child should have to experience this and feeling like they did something wrong. He was so excited to go, just for this to happen, due to him being a little different then other children. For a school that is Christian based they had no problem turning away one of gods children, and my baby. I would never recommend this camp or school to anyone, as they do not withhold and follow their mission statement nor value.

Was a wonderful experience in a whole. There is a couple of issues I would like to note. The playground area smelled like dog. Also we only had a thirty minute window to have cake, open presents and leave at the end. Way to quick where we couldn't enjoy. It was rushed. All because people before us stayed over.

We got together with our grandkids in the play area. It's a great place to take the kids so they can burn off some energy.
