This is the worst pharmacy of my life ! Im 58 & have taken regular medication 30+ years..I've been with this location 18 months. I hate it ! Rude, disrespectful, condescending techs in the drive through the nerve of the staff in this pharmacy. Constantly out of medication, waited 11 days for meds. that can't be skipped!! My CVS before this was closed it was a mess too !!! They alleged sinc scripts, that's never right ! They recently deactivated a very important medication that requires a PA to process with 1 refill left, I ended up with none! They constantly blame the Dr. Office or insurance for their lack of customer service & professionalism. I've had some real health setbacks this summer/fall due to the incompetence & inconsiderate staff in this pharmacy. The store is so ridiculously overpriced as well. I've read the reviews of the nearby CVS's they all have severe issues & BAD REVIEWS !! I guess it's time to leave CVS all together ! I've used CVS 20 years in Michigan no issues nothing like here/Indian. Sadly my insurance won't allow me to use Walgreens 100 % Better ! Expecallly the the pharmacy!!!

I feel there is little to no clarity regarding the limit of the number of manufacturer coupons that can be used in a single purchase, more specifically, whether CVS extra bucks from previous shopping trips are classified as manufacturer coupons. The staff's understanding was that CVS extra bucks are classified as manufacturer coupons, which was contradicted by a CVS gentleman from the department that handles CVS extra bucks, and a CVS lady from the CVS customer service department.More CVS staff training at 2806 Old Us Highway 231 S, Lafayette, IN, is urgently required, since as of Sept 10, 2023, current staff is unable to offer any logical explanations as to why CVS extra bucks were classified as manufacturer coupons at the point of sales.

Pharmacy is a joke, nothing automatic about the refills even if they say it is! Walgreens is a much better choice, switching my prescriptions to another non CVS pharmacy!

Very disappointed in the fact that CVS prints out coupons on their receipts, & extra reward points, for each customer that have their reward cards!! But when you go to use it on the last day of expiration, cashier can not get it to scan. Cashier tried scanning multiple times, typing in numbers, nothing. Instead, of calling over a manager( which she should have thought of) she said, sorry you can't use this FREE reward money coupon. Train your cashier to figure out situations like this. Unfortunately for me, I shop CVS often, could be unfortunate for CVS too

Husband and I had an appointment for a booster some months back. CVS cancelled it less than an hour before it was scheduled without giving us a reason, so when I called they said that my husband couldn't get vaccinated because he doesn't have insurance. Not only was the booster free but insurance is not required, so they were completely wrong and I have to think that many more people were denied or delayed vaccines because of their ignorance. Luckily the Tippecanoe Health Department had walk-ins so we just went there instead.

Went for Covid boosters. Confusion over online sign up which was annoying. We signed up for round 3 booster shot and when we arrived they had us in their system wanting round 1 vaccine. Took about 5-10 min to straighten it out so that we could proceed. Once that got cleared up it was a 5 min wait for the booster vaccine. That part went perfectly. So, a little hiccup at the beginning but overall good visit.

Waited at the counter for any sort of acknowledgement......glad I wasn't holding my breath! Poor customer service. I guess emptying the trash was more important than noticing your customers! Shaking my head CVS. You can do better!

Went here to get medicine for my kid but price was extremely high. Ended up going to Payless and saved $5 and it was not on sale. I get why prices are high on food at cvs but I don't get it on the pharmacy items. Will avoid this place like the plague in the future.

After navigating their really annoying automated phone system that was completely useless for my purposes. Then I was transferred to a CVS Hot Line person speaking broken English who was not located at this particular location. I was then transferred and put on hold with their Pharmacy for 45min before I eventually gave up. Pick up the the phone! This was an hour plus of my life I will never get back!
