If you want to be treated poorly by your pharmacy staff, this is the perfect place for you! They refuse to do even the most basic customer service. I'm switching everything to another location because I would rather drive clear across town than use this location 3 blocks from my home.

I got a drive-through Covid test at 11 am this morning, and was told that I would get a text message "in about an hour" with a link to the results. No text ever came and it's 6 hours later. I logged into the CVS website and my "Health Dashboard" gives me this information (see photo included). And it says "Patient sent automated text message...." and no such message ever arrived.
It seems clear that, while the staff are kind and helpful, "Corporate" doesn't give a half a fig for customer care.

They have everything locked up, yet no employees to unlock it for you. a two minute trip turns into 20 minutes when you have to scour the store for an employee and then they act like you’re bothering them. there’s no reason a $4 product should be locked up. go to any other CVS.

My 2-year old woke up sick with an ear infection Christmas Eve and after a quick telemedicine appointment had an Rx sent to this CVS before they were open. When I arrived to pick it up shortly after they opened, the pharmacist graciously expedited the order and had me out the door in 5 minutes with a smile wishing for my son to feel better (and even offered to ring up my children's Tylenol at the counter!) I appreciated the compassion and cheer, especially whilst they were working the holiday!

well I just want to say that the cashiers are always so very pleasant and kind and polite but those pharmacists in the back are arrogant and they ignore customers who have questions about over-the-counter medicine I got I have arthritis and my lower back and I could barely walk that day because my iron was also low and I went there looking for iron pills and gummies could not get those arrogant pharmacists to help me in any way, this kind of thing happens almost every single time I go in CVS I can't stand up that long so I have to get in there and get what I need and get back out and they make it very hard on disabled people so I don't know what to say but do your job and that's helping customers whether it's prescription or over the counter they need to do their job . just because you can't see arthritis and five bro on the outside of the body I'm telling you they put me through misery in that store, and you can say excuse me ma'am and they do not even act like they hear you it's they are ridiculous

If I could give 0 stars I would! This place is very unorganized! They never gets my prescription right at all. It takes several days to fill my prescription because of their errors. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

They keep closing the store before actual closing time. I had a package I needed to drop off and I understand coming in 5 mins before close sucks but it’s also FIVE MINUTES BEFORE YOU CLOSE. I’ve had this happen to me twice. I understand everyone wants to go home but you should not be locking the doors before the store is actually at closing time. It’s just sort of rude

Karen and Brownell were cordial through my vaccination process. My vaccines were crazy expensive, but the price was comparable to other providers in the area.
