My 2-year old woke up sick with an ear infection Christmas Eve and after a quick telemedicine appointment had an Rx sent to this CVS before they were open. When I arrived to pick it up shortly after they opened, the pharmacist graciously expedited the order and had me out the door in 5 minutes with a smile wishing for my son to feel better (and even offered to ring up my children's Tylenol at the counter!) I appreciated the compassion and cheer, especially whilst they were working the holiday!

well I just want to say that the cashiers are always so very pleasant and kind and polite but those pharmacists in the back are arrogant and they ignore customers who have questions about over-the-counter medicine I got I have arthritis and my lower back and I could barely walk that day because my iron was also low and I went there looking for iron pills and gummies could not get those arrogant pharmacists to help me in any way, this kind of thing happens almost every single time I go in CVS I can't stand up that long so I have to get in there and get what I need and get back out and they make it very hard on disabled people so I don't know what to say but do your job and that's helping customers whether it's prescription or over the counter they need to do their job . just because you can't see arthritis and five bro on the outside of the body I'm telling you they put me through misery in that store, and you can say excuse me ma'am and they do not even act like they hear you it's they are ridiculous

If I could give 0 stars I would! This place is very unorganized! They never gets my prescription right at all. It takes several days to fill my prescription because of their errors. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

They keep closing the store before actual closing time. I had a package I needed to drop off and I understand coming in 5 mins before close sucks but it’s also FIVE MINUTES BEFORE YOU CLOSE. I’ve had this happen to me twice. I understand everyone wants to go home but you should not be locking the doors before the store is actually at closing time. It’s just sort of rude

Very disappointed in this pharmacy now!! Went Monday night in drive thru & was given another person’s meds!? I called & spoke with polite gal this morning who apologized & said they would take care of it. I returned it in the store this evening to get my son’s prescription (that I should have received Monday night-had to make 2 trips for this)!! ?? The young brunette gal w/braids & glasses didn’t even thank me!! She could care less & I had to make 2 trips for this (when should have been one)!! This store sucks!! Will either go to different CVS or totally different pharmacy! Guess it doesn’t pay to be honest anymore!

Pharmacist was a male, VERY rude and unhelpful. When asked what medicine was best for something, because there were many kinds on the shelf, he responded, exercise and healthy diet. I repeated what I wanted to know very kindly because I wasn’t sure he heard that I was asking about medicine that was on the shelf behind me. He rudely repeated to me like I was a child the same answer and then turned his back and walked away. I guess when it is close to closing time, the degree just gets tossed to the first google response. Won’t be back.

every single item in the store is more expensive than anywhere else in the entire world! I simply go there for my prescriptions because it's where my insurance makes me go.
