If you visit this store, make sure the short latina woman is not on duty. Mumbled the entire time, took 50 minutes to attempt insert a SIM card (which she didn't even complete, had to go to a different Cricket to get it done), tried to charge us $547.00 for adding 2 lines and phones to a new plan, had her girlfriend in there the entire time talking about dinner plans while customers were in the store.After spending 3 hours with her we finally left because we we're better of going without phone service than spending another minute wasting our time.

Ashley helped me and made my day!( I live closer to the store on the west side, but they were so rude to me that I decided to go to a different one. I saw the south st location had a 5 rating, so I went there.)Thank you Ashley and gang! Woo! Hoo!
