They are there to route funds and make money. But I do not get that feeling from PEFCU employees. I am a client from out of state and frequently our transactions are more difficult than "local" people due to "original signatures" and not accepting faxed information, yet their employees have worked very hard to make each of my transactions go as smoothly as possible, especially considering the distance disadvantage. I am a tough sell on banks so a 4 star is EXCEPTIONAL, for these very exceptional employees!”
