Have used them for loans as well and they took their time to go over everything and get me the best rates possible which was much lower than the dealership was offering.”

Please consider adding Zelle for the customers online banking experience. I would move my checking to this bank as well with that feature.”

“This is not just a bank, but VERY friendly people who want to help you get through your business transactions. Let me start by saying my Dad was in banking for 35+ years. I KNOW how banks work. They are there to route funds and make money. But I do not get that feeling from PEFCU employees. I am a client from out of state and frequently our transactions are more difficult than "local" people due to "original signatures" and not accepting faxed information, yet their employees have worked very hard to make each of my transactions go as smoothly as possible, especially considering the distance disadvantage. I am a tough sell on banks so a 4 star is EXCEPTIONAL, for these very exceptional employees!”
